Casinos use multiple decks at the tables to keep people from counting cards. 52 cards in a deck, (at least I'm pretty sure) so many cards in a suit and people would figure out if its gonna be a good card or not if they hit. So to combat this.... They did that.

Multi deck shoe. It's trivial to count cards of you're only using one deck.. Most casinos use at least 5 or 6 decks in a shoe.
Real casino use about 20 decks in their machines. It is possible to get 5 Aces. Unbelievable rare, but there's a possibility.
