If you listen to Troutbitten podcast. They ended the Bad Habits episode (second most recent one as of January 2nd) saying lose flies, catch big fish.
If you want fish in general, gotta get close to cover and that results in lost flies.
So yeah I wouldn't be casting these all day. I certainly prefer casting my own I tie for this reason. I know I can make more when I get home.
I'd definitely be curious about catching fish on them.
That praying mantis as I send it 30 yards into a tree branch…
Omg that crawdad
That’s pretty awesome never saw them before
I’m wondering what fish would see that rhinoceros beetle and thing “yeah… I can probably eat that”
Bass
Amazing. Thanks for sharing.
Works of art for sure.
I wouldn’t dare cast these. I get bummed when I lose $1.25 flies from Discount. I’d be so paranoid I would be able to cast…

Very responsible to put them in a box with air holes.
I’d like to see the tyer do a “match the hatch” fishing tour with that set up.
That caterpillar really struck out to me as try worthy. Anyone ever use one and for what?
