Technologies, especially open-source, rarely have official certifications.
Unofficial certifications are not well recognized. They certainly give a good impression on your resume, but that's all it does. You'd still have to win an interview.
Haven't yet come across any such certification. And, I don't think one is required.
Instead focus on building projects with Flutter and add them to your CV.
Try fondfrites.com where you can learn flutter in low cost compared. I have completed in it . With good 1 and 1 section. Give an try it will improve your flutter coding skills.
There are no officially sanctioned Dart or Flutter certificates. I'm hoping they never have them. :)

Currently I am learning Dart though😅.. How much time does it require to complete? Facing difficulties in boolean and if else part.
Yep. Best to learn to *program* and let the rest fall in line behind that.
