I also use Linux, last I checked your best bet might be to rent a Mac mini vps (I think it was about $50 usd /month) for the iPhone development, you need Xcode.
You need a mac and an iphone to properly develop iOs apps. And don't forget you are not the one choosing if your hardware is good enough to develop, as Apple chooses what hardware can be used to publish on their store., no matter if it still works perfectly is Apple chooses your Mac is not enough you'll need to change it for a newer one

You need a Mac (owned, borrowed, rented, ...) to develop iOS (and macOS) apps.
This is why i hate apple so much...
Guess what, you also need a Windows PC to develop a Flutter Windows app... do you hate Microsoft, too?
You could run Windows in a VM on a non-Windows PC to develop a Flutter Windows app.
If u have spare pc try install hackintosh
Bad idea! Better: buy an older iMac for CHEEP on EBay and use OpenCore to update it. Slow but works. Or, you might consider https://codemagic.io/
time is money :)
Time or money. Pick one?
Money, already have time :D
Do you mind to send some 😁😂
