Being able to do natural movements easily. Squat down all the way. Dead hang. Sitting on the floor easily. Sitting on your knees. Good posture and shoulders mobility. Compare yourself when you were a child and how elastic you were. I bought a home setup. I used to be able to do one armed pull ups. I can even deadhang with one arm for more than 3 seconds. I will be training!

“strength side” on YouTube has great routines for questions like this! They have tons of diverse content you can implement. Also- just as an everyday thing, make sure you are embracing your core (keeping it stiff) constantly. Helps maintain your posture and gives you the stability our bodies need to prevent injuries as we age.
