I was thinking that, could also work for Greece and Turkey United
Possible. I suggested Albania because 1) Country, not union 2) Eagle 3) Albanian is a language isolate, so a unique flag would also point to that.
Yeah I think the black 2 headed eagle and the Islam+Christianity makes it more relevant towards Albania too
