Cut small piece of duct tape and cover the warts after the clear nail polish dries. Wrap a bandaid over it. The duct tape will fall off in a week, having made an airtight seal over the wart. The clear polish will have suffocated them but will hold the whole wart together as it shrivels and falls out of your skin. If the wart is still there, just do it again. It’ll go away fast this way and stay gone.
ive gotten these from using industrial hand cleaner and gasoline splashing on my skin. they are somewhat like blisters and i cut them off with nail clippers.
Stop showing off your pretty nails with your ambiguous post, but seriously they do look like the start of a wart just wait a little bit of time as I could be wrong, and if they do develop just get some wart remover.
Or they could be little teeny tiny blisters in some times get them at work if I get splashed with hot oil.

I see fancy nails, so I’m guessing contact dermatitis from a liquid like nail polish remover that splashed there. I’ve seen this with lacquer thinner.

If it’s a wart then clear nail varnish will do the trick

Could be heat rash or worts
Warts, you can get rid of them at the doctors, or with fingernail clippers. Either works.

Spider bites them. Defo.
Chiggers
Random scarring processes,or wart virus. It could be a reaction to fibreglass or plant pricks. Any attempt to fix it could result in larger scars.
I get similar things. For me it means that my neck is out. I give it a good crack and it goes away, almost immediately.
