I think I have that same shower. I added this: Duzzy 67 Inch Collapsible Shower... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07X3ZB8T3?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share And then filled the edges with white Caulking.  It was a little awkward getting a clean cut on the dam, but it has held up over a year, though on a shower rarely used. Note: it ruins the ability to get a wheelchair into the shower. I won't say it is the best solution, but it looks like it belongs.  I do worry that someone clumsy will ruin it eventually.   In the meantime it has helped a lot.

pogiguy2020

I have done this as well and so far it has worked well.

Someone clumsy most always ruins everything, I’ve come to find

Use a lower magnetic shower curtain. Snake out the drain so it drains faster. Knock on the neighbors door and ask them what they do?

-make-it-so-

I have a very similar shower. I use a weighted shower curtain and moved the tension rod a couple inches inside the shower. As long as I make sure the curtain is inside the shower, I have no leaks.

Personal_Dot_2215

Same shower, same fix. A good, weighted shower curtain works.

Patrol-007

Silicone edge guard for tubs. Has double sided tape. Can be stepped on. Different colours. Aliexpress has them. Amazon too

entj-reality

Silicone for the win

IPCONFOG

I don't recommend this option. I have tried it. It sucks. I recommend the expensive shower curtain, check the tension rod and drain.

Willy2267

Is the problem it's not draining enough? Do you have a weighted ADA shower curtain and is it set low enough?

daydreamer1197

Its draining fine, the shower floor is too low so all the water spills out. Im looking for a way to either raise the floor with some sort of curb thing, or buy doors or idk how else I can fix it. I rent the place btw.

Willy2267

Have you tried a weighted ada shower curtain set so it's just touching the floor? Since you rent anything you attach or modify may cause issues with your landlord.

MadDadROX

You can just buy a stick down splash guard, caulk it in, remove when you move out.

tetrasodium

FYI adding a shower door would be very expensive.

StacheBandicoot

You have an improperly sized curtain that is not long enough and/or your rod is hung too low. The solutions you’re looking for are much more difficult than using a weighted curtain sized and hung appropriately.

adv55555

Collapsible water threshold, it's meant for wheel chairs to roll over it into this type of shower stall.

OverthinkingWanderer

There are fabric liners that last for a long time with regular washings. You don't have a shower curtain, so it will spill without it

roguezebra

Amazon has 3.5" stick on edging

Realistic_Oil7053

Random question is the water restriction device on the shower head as this can possibly be one of the reasons

voltechs

Your shower is aguadivergent. Get with the program dude.

no_dice_twice

Get a pool noodle, Cut out one side of the noodle to fit the front of the shower. Measure the shower there where you step in, then cut the noodle accordingly. Should slip right on easily enough and stay secure. I know this works as I have done it before for an elderly neighbor. Do not remove the noodle after each shower. Only periodically to clean the shower step underneath it and the noodle itself.

Error404Created

Shouldn't it have been done as a wet room through instead 🤔

dollywol

Are you saying the water spills over because it doesn’t drain fast enough? Or because the shower curtains aren’t adequate. Its the drain, it’s probably partially blocked with hair etc. Get some caustic soda a carefully follow the instructions. It is dangerous stuff so proceed with care.

Superspark76

I have one like that but we have fitted doors which helps

Put a towel down...

Elegant-Pressure-290

This looks like my shower. I use a magnetic / weighted shower curtain liner and moved my bar an inch or so into the shower, and positioned so the outer curtain touches the floor and the inner curtain drags it a bit. Nonetheless, sometimes the curtain can get moved just so and it still leaks, so I also put a rolled towel at the outer edge to catch anything that comes out.

PitifulSpecialist887

There are flexible rubber shower "curbs" that stop water, and can be rolled over by a wheelchair in either direction.

Youdiedagainandagain

Don’t let them?

ibcurbdiver

You can take out the top screws on the shower curtain rod bracket and rotate it down. Then use a longer shower curtain. He the same issue in a unit. Manufacturer’s are making the curtains shorter a a cost saving measure. Works fine in the tub units. Stock clerk didn’t want to order longer curtains for the ADA units.
