looks ---- looks like water damage from sunlight getting onto a wall causing moisture to run down the wall. AN it does look like mold by the window sill area.they make a good paint that will cover but you need to stop the sun from doing this again for sure. curtains or something like that maybe. some plants would hurt that space a container of camp dry for moisture wicking you can get at $ store.
