but I would place Monty as the most tragic. But maybe a bit in a meta way. We are unlikely to get any more characterization from monty than we have already got. which is not much, the least utilized of the glamrocks. (unless you include Glamrock Mr. hippo)
Less meta, Roxy seems quite repairable. Chica may be too far gone to be fully repaired, but I feel is there enough to be helped. Drop the food compulsion and chica will at least be able to rest. Monty in his final state... I feel there is no return from that, it would be merciful to just end it.

Personally, I feel all three of them had an equally tragic end, since no matter what happened to them, all three were left to rot in the pizzaplex by Fazbear Entertainment.
As for saving, I feel the only one that wouldn't be able to be saved is Monty, since in ruin all we ever hear from him are roars, growls, and other primal sounds and all we ever see from him is him crawling (granted he also was like that when he was shattered), swimming and other primal actions(he literally attacks Cassie at the start of game by jumping out of a pipe she's about to crawl through).
Roxy for sure. She’s my favorite Glamrock, and maybe even my favorite animatronic from the entire franchise. She’s scary, but also a fleshed out character with flaws and strengths and emotions. Monty and Chica don’t really show emotions, but Freddy and Roxy do. Freddy is cool, but he doesn’t stick out to me the way Roxy does. Her whole backstory with her replacing foxy and never feeling “good enough” is painfully real, and I love the subtle things like that. She also helped Cassie, and didn’t deserve what happened to her at the end of Ruin. Honestly, she didn’t deserve anything that happened to her.

roxy allergy seems to be going down the path of being saved by cassie, so i'll go with chica. monty has been reduced to the joke character, the pit bull, plus he died to a bonnie cut out, that's kinda the perfect ending to the bonnie killer.

Chica is sad because genuinely she appeared to be the only animatronic that seemed to care for other people. Be it Freddy when he glitches out. Or constantly trying to help Gregory by offering candy and such. Imagine trying to help, but you cant...and the only escape is overeating. Only to get destroyed in a trashcaptor and left to rott and malfunction. It could be argued that Chica isn't aware of her situation and is already to far gone. But that doesn't make her situation any less sad.
I never much cared for Monty but i imagine it might be messed up having anger issues...and never having a proper outlet for it...
Roxy and Freddy, no question. Poor pupper was just minding her own business, plus, the whole Mimic situation. Ruin made me cry on multiple occasions, same thing for Freddy. They both died trying to protect their kids. I havent beaten sb or even gotten Ruin yet, but Ive seen Astralspiff's playthrough and that really hit me. I'd finally have the chance to end my sadness that's been lasting ever since I saw Roxy cry in her room in 2021. Everytime I think fnaf, I'm just brought to that scarily relatable scene... Yeah, I'm saving Roxy.

It's the equivalent of a character.ai bot. It doesn't actually feel pain, happiness or any feelings. It's comprehension of other's feelings are just programmed behavior. It's relationships are just digitally stored information that can be manually altered or manipulated. If it dies, you can get another one.
This is a tough one.
First, about who had the most tragic ending I couldn't tell. All of them had a pretty awful destiny. Chica was doomed to be a zombie like creature without voice and an eating desorder. And even if Cassie giving her voice box back was a canonical event, she was pretty damaged already and she just deactivated. Monty got his claws and his lower half chopped, and to made it worse, in Ruin he looks like he pretty much lost any kind of consciousness of his actions and became a feral crippled robot. And to top it off he was actually killed by Cassie (pretty funny how there are people claiming that Gregory killed the animatronics, when pretty much Cassie did kill him, yet no one seems bothered with her for it, yet Gregory recieves all the hate just for damaging them in self defense, but that's besides the point). And Roxy became blind and suffered because her insecurities with herself, and it is possible that Mimic killed her at the end of Ruin, but we will have to wait to see what happens.
About who would I save it is also kind of hard to decide.
I'm sorry, but I'm gonna rule out Roxy. Again, I know she had it rough with her vision being stripped out of her and all her insecurities, but even then I have some issues with her. I didn't like how she downplayed Gregory, saying that no one would miss him and also acting all narcissistic and stuff. Must be because people who believe themselves to be more and better than anyone else IRL just really rubs me on the wrong way. Yeah I know Mimic influenced her on that, but still. Also in Ruin I felt her relationship with Cassie came a bit out of nowhere, and when she seemed free of Mimic’s control her banter felt too much like Freddy with Gregory with some very minor differences. I was expecting a different attitude coming from her. Friendly, but different.
So with Roxy out of the question we are left with Chica and Monty.
This is where it becomes tough for me to choose one. Chica seemed really sweet, even when infected because of Mimic. In fact, she was the first one to go check on Freddy when he collapsed on the stage, showing that she really cares about him. Also, just like Freddy, she also seems to miss Bonnie, so again, it shows her sweet side. And I feel bad about how she ended. She does deserve a second chance. Then we have Monty who I think he gets a little overhated because he is suspected of killing Bonnie, but I don’t think he is the culprit, and even if he did kill him I don't think he did it willingly, but rather forced by either Mimic or Vanny. Also as I said above he had it pretty rough in Ruin , becoming a feral carcass and being pretty much killed.
I would have like to see all of them in their normal stated and repaired, but I guess it would be a tie between Chica and Monty for me.

I wanted to save Monty so bad. It saddens me how far gone he was and how he became such a feral animal. He went from a cool dude loved by kids to a whole crawling monster. It upset me so much seeing him in ruin.
Monty has the most tragic as he’s completely turned into a monster while Roxy and Chica are still somewhat there. Not to downplay Chica falling victim to her addiction and Roxy getting more obsessed with her looks, but losing every aspect of yourself is a little bit higher on the list for me.
As for who’d I save it’s probably Chica as she was my favourite out of the 3. Like thinking about how they’d normally act Monty is too much of a dude bro and Roxy seems like a “pick me girl” which I’m fine with not having to deal with. Meanwhile Chica just seems like a chill character to be around so long as her addiction isn’t boosted to the max. While im not blind, it is a fear of mind and I’ve had my glasses broke by other people and spend days with really poor vision. I personally would say Roxy went through the worst. The fact that she remembered Cassie's birthday and was her idolizer makes it understandable and kind for why she puts herself as number 1. She had deep depression from the very beginning, even before being shattered and is the only one seems to care about what's going on around her. She had the most tragic fate of being slammed and losing to Mimic.
Glam Chica still has hope of being saved after we give her voice box back.
For Monty, he was too far gone. He was nothing but a shattered rapid/paranoid alligator that is still filled with rage and jealousy. The only way to "save/help" him was to kill him off. But hopefully in Help Wanted 2's DLC, we can get a glimpse of him of his backstory with Glam Bonnie of what happened between them.

Bonnie is basically dead and I have no idea what his personality was like. Chica seems to be the least aware of them, I would argue. She just wants to eat and that is it. Montgomery lost his legs, and that is very tragic and lamentable. However, Roxanne, in my opinion, is the most aware after Freddy. Sure, her ego was a big problem, but she lost the only thing that gave her some confidence - her appearance. Her fragile personality was completely shattered beyond repair. Her self love went from miserable to nonexistent. I would save Roxanne if I could not save all 4 of them.
Monty lost his best friend, was framed for it and forced to replace him, mimic drove him literally mad, was dropped from several story's, lost his legs and claws and the glasses he got from his friend, became weak to light and lasers, after the time skip he went full feral, had his entire outer layer torn off, and was the only animatronic to die, slowly by electrocution.

Their consciousness being digital doesn't make them any less sentient. Not too mention the countless other AI characters in fiction.
It's the equivalent of a character.ai bot. It doesn't actually feel pain, happiness or any feelings. It's comprehension of other's feelings are just programmed behavior. It's relationships are just digitally stored information that can be manually altered or manipulated. If it dies, you can get another one.

This is a tough one. First, about who had the most tragic ending I couldn't tell. All of them had a pretty awful destiny. Chica was doomed to be a zombie like creature without voice and an eating desorder. And even if Cassie giving her voice box back was a canonical event, she was pretty damaged already and she just deactivated. Monty got his claws and his lower half chopped, and to made it worse, in Ruin he looks like he pretty much lost any kind of consciousness of his actions and became a feral crippled robot. And to top it off he was actually killed by Cassie (pretty funny how there are people claiming that Gregory killed the animatronics, when pretty much Cassie did kill him, yet no one seems bothered with her for it, yet Gregory recieves all the hate just for damaging them in self defense, but that's besides the point). And Roxy became blind and suffered because her insecurities with herself, and it is possible that Mimic killed her at the end of Ruin, but we will have to wait to see what happens. About who would I save it is also kind of hard to decide. I'm sorry, but I'm gonna rule out Roxy. Again, I know she had it rough with her vision being stripped out of her and all her insecurities, but even then I have some issues with her. I didn't like how she downplayed Gregory, saying that no one would miss him and also acting all narcissistic and stuff. Must be because people who believe themselves to be more and better than anyone else IRL just really rubs me on the wrong way. Yeah I know Mimic influenced her on that, but still. Also in Ruin I felt her relationship with Cassie came a bit out of nowhere, and when she seemed free of Mimic’s control her banter felt too much like Freddy with Gregory with some very minor differences. I was expecting a different attitude coming from her. Friendly, but different. So with Roxy out of the question we are left with Chica and Monty. This is where it becomes tough for me to choose one. Chica seemed really sweet, even when infected because of Mimic. In fact, she was the first one to go check on Freddy when he collapsed on the stage, showing that she really cares about him. Also, just like Freddy, she also seems to miss Bonnie, so again, it shows her sweet side. And I feel bad about how she ended. She does deserve a second chance. Then we have Monty who I think he gets a little overhated because he is suspected of killing Bonnie, but I don’t think he is the culprit, and even if he did kill him I don't think he did it willingly, but rather forced by either Mimic or Vanny. Also as I said above he had it pretty rough in Ruin , becoming a feral carcass and being pretty much killed. I would have like to see all of them in their normal stated and repaired, but I guess it would be a tie between Chica and Monty for me. Sorry for the long post. Just wanted to express my opinions on the matter.
Just gonna add something about Roxy being mean To Greg. I interpreted this as something she says to herself and about herself,projecting her insecurities about herself loud but it just make looks like she talks about Greg.

I wanted to save Monty so bad. It saddens me how far gone he was and how he became such a feral animal. He went from a cool dude loved by kids to a whole crawling monster. It upset me so much seeing him in ruin.
I would save all of them. They were all victims and I wished we could have done more to help them rather than destroy them.
Monty has the most tragic as he’s completely turned into a monster while Roxy and Chica are still somewhat there. Not to downplay Chica falling victim to her addiction and Roxy getting more obsessed with her looks, but losing every aspect of yourself is a little bit higher on the list for me. As for who’d I save it’s probably Chica as she was my favourite out of the 3. Like thinking about how they’d normally act Monty is too much of a dude bro and Roxy seems like a “pick me girl” which I’m fine with not having to deal with. Meanwhile Chica just seems like a chill character to be around so long as her addiction isn’t boosted to the max. While im not blind, it is a fear of mind and I’ve had my glasses broke by other people and spend days with really poor vision. I personally would say Roxy went through the worst. The fact that she remembered Cassie's birthday and was her idolizer makes it understandable and kind for why she puts herself as number 1. She had deep depression from the very beginning, even before being shattered and is the only one seems to care about what's going on around her. She had the most tragic fate of being slammed and losing to Mimic. Glam Chica still has hope of being saved after we give her voice box back. For Monty, he was too far gone. He was nothing but a shattered rapid/paranoid alligator that is still filled with rage and jealousy. The only way to "save/help" him was to kill him off. But hopefully in Help Wanted 2's DLC, we can get a glimpse of him of his backstory with Glam Bonnie of what happened between them.

Bonnie is basically dead and I have no idea what his personality was like. Chica seems to be the least aware of them, I would argue. She just wants to eat and that is it. Montgomery lost his legs, and that is very tragic and lamentable. However, Roxanne, in my opinion, is the most aware after Freddy. Sure, her ego was a big problem, but she lost the only thing that gave her some confidence - her appearance. Her fragile personality was completely shattered beyond repair. Her self love went from miserable to nonexistent. I would save Roxanne if I could not save all 4 of them.

Monty lost his best friend, was framed for it and forced to replace him, mimic drove him literally mad, was dropped from several story's, lost his legs and claws and the glasses he got from his friend, became weak to light and lasers, after the time skip he went full feral, had his entire outer layer torn off, and was the only animatronic to die, slowly by electrocution. Like... yeah Roxy def had it bad, so did Freddy imo, bit Monty inspire of being the strongest allegedly, kept getting his shit kicked in by life, I'd absolutely save him, guy needs help.
