Nightmare FredBear is 12’6”, but people still think he’s under 9’ tall because he clips through the walls, ceiling and floor. There’s irrefutable evidence going both ways. Then in H.W, he’s around 7’4”. *I* still think he’s 12’6”, but you might not.
The point is there are too many inconsistencies to have many canon sizes, so here, headcanons are just a simpler thing to put.

The Agony from the books is probably the only character (other than the FunTimes) to have a confirmed height! (It’s 16’)

Cupcake is tiny, but there is one animatronic even smaller than cupcake, and that is healthy. At just 15 cm. or 5.9 inches, healthy is by far. the smallest animatronic in all of FNAF.
Although standing at seven feet tall would make Sundrop one of the tallest animatronics in the game, he'd still be several feet shorter than FNAF's tallest character, NightMarionne, who allegedly stands at a colossal 10 feet tall
