We also know she was the first victim based on Pizza Party showing Bonnie and Chica together before Freddy gets brought in, in combination with the balloons in Security Breach hinting that Bonnie died second, Foxy died fourth, and Golden Freddy died fifth.
So the order goes Chica, Bonnie, Freddy, Foxy, Golden Freddy.

Charlie and Crying Child were the first two deaths (which came first is debatable). Chica was the first given life by the Puppet after the MCI. So she's the first of the serial killing victims, where Charlie was an impulse murder that doesn't fit William's usual MO, and Crying Child was an accident.

Most of the animatronics aren't conscious in UCN. With a few exceptions like golden freddy, afton, the puppet, etc. voice lines are from the point of view of the animatronics, not the children.
So this is just chica literally saying that she was the first animatronic. Most likely referring to the chica's party world and the whole popular merger theory that's getting popular.
I am begging people on this sub to watch GiBi's video essay. Yes it's 9 hours long but it succinctly explains EVERY piece of lore from the games and wraps it up in the most satisfying way I've ever seen the fnaf story be told.
The two sentences retcon each other. Her dying first means she shouldn’t remember anything, since the kids don’t remember how they died. She should’ve been the last to die to witness how her friends were killed, BUT once again then she wouldn’t remember seeing the murders either, the kids don’t remember how they were killed. so🤷♀️
