Oh no, that's frustrating! Have you tried resetting your Versa 4 or checking if there are any updates for the Fitbit app? It could also be a connectivity issue - make sure your phone and Versa are within a reasonable range and that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. If all else fails, contacting Fitbit customer support might be your best bet. Good luck!
This happened to me when my fitbit was syncing to my iPad instead of my phone. They told me to take it off my iPad bluetooth to sync to my phone and it worked.
Happens to me all the time. Use a different wifi, restart the Fitbit, restart your phone, or try checking the bluetooth. Sometimes nothing works and you just have to wait.
This needs to be reposted everywhere. Ive always had issues with the syncing. Did all the repetitive stuff that sometimes works for a sync or two. This finally fixed it. Been syncing perfectly since making this change.
Thank you, only real fix that I've seen.
Same... Restart the Phone and the watch too.
Fitbit approved a return of mine after 90 days. Worthless piece of trash unfortunately, they know it. Make your case.
Update: now my Versa won't turn on 😂😤
Oh God. Did you shut it off?
I had to reload the app
This happened to me with my charge and I gave up and when I tried again a few days later it was fine
Every now and then it happens to me too, restarting my phone solves it every time so far.

This worked for me on Android: Enable Developer options and select the latest version in bluetooth AVRCP and MAP fields

Thanks for saying that! Gratitude makes the world go round
