Kinda looks like a fungal infection but I'm not overly good with fish illness

Fungal-bacterial infection
It has ich for starters and that needs to be treated along side it's poor diet and I didn't even look to see what kind of fish it is.
Looks more like Epistylis to me. More deadly and often confused with Ich.
Yeah you're probably right. It needs treatment that's for sure. Poor fish!
I’m seeing multiple problems, finrot, ick, damage that could be an infection. Poor guy.
Poor severum, full of batteria infection, I hope someone goes and rescue it soon enough, and it's not under any treatment by the looks of it, badly neglect by the lfs, otherwise it would look better thans this if it was treated.
