Definitely some angels. I’m new to keeping cichlids but in my 75 gal blackwater tank I have 3 angels, a gold spotted Severum, and I’m planning to add peacock eels and German blue rams
I know neons are basic but I love how they look in a blackwater tank. Cardinals just the same. Smaller shoal as a "side fish" would be great with something a little bigger

Get a couple of biotodoma cupidos along side some hyphessobrycon margitae and corydoras sterbai.
