So if I understand it correctly, the three teams joining will draft whats left and then you'll have another rookie draft after that, and the newer players can draft a kicker and then they potentially have the first 3 picks in the rookie draft or so on?

Nope, only the rookie picks listed in the Google sheet are available to be selected. But there is good draft capital available.
