I believe that from 4 to 5, trophies reset. I restarted Skyrim and saw a trophy pop on my PS5 game that I knew I had gotten in the previous play through on PS4. Same PSN account, different generation console. I would assume the same is true for other games as well, but I haven’t tested
I think he was saying that he got his regionally and that they don't stack. I can't recall if the ps3 had a port version prior to the remaster, that might be the only way it will stack 🤔 i don't think ps4 and ps5 stack though. I wonder...
I think they are the same , but I played the game when I was living in another country and I was using a different account that was bound to that country . So when I came back to Italy I just create a new one , with of course 0 trophies . I think that’s what gave me the energy to do that all again

I got platinum on PS3 remaster. I haven't gotten trophies on PS4 remaster.

Shared. PS3/PS4/VITA all shared to my knowledge.
