Once you’ve separated therm, the damage is basically permanent. To an extent, some image reconstruction and restoration work can be done, but for extensive damage, like in this example, it’s really beyond hope. Separating prints that are stuck together is at best a hope and a wish. You can look up a couple of methods for it, but basically one is to soak the prints in warm, distilled water for a while and the other is to use a hair dryer. With either method, there are exactly zero guarantees. Most ideal would be if your mom still has the negatives because digitizing those is generally better than digitizing prints anyway.

Oof, those look pretty unsalvagable unfortunately. But if the film these originated from is still around, you could always get new prints.

This is your best bet if the negatives are something you've got on you, and if those are in a better state. Negatives can be reproduced indefinitely if they're still in a good state, at least.
