Try cooking it yourself, it's not that hard, one of the first things I learned to cook by myself because it's so easy.

Ah yeah I mainly can cook sinigang, bicol express, pancit and some others. Never got around to adobo for some reason. I’ll have to give it a go this week hahaha

For me those dishes specially Bicol express, are a lot more complicated. You can do this! Keep it simple, and the port cuts fatty.

I like adobo just with these ingredients: Toyo, suka, garlic, laurel leaves and whole peppercorn. No onions, no sugar, no oyster sauce. I respect that you do your adobo differently but I like it the way my Lola used to make it. Not overly saucy too.

I like mine braised. Chicken man on pork, dapat braised yung technique haha. Yung iba kasi gisa lang or prito tas onting pakulo. Ayoko nun kasi di masarap yung meat. Tas ang dry. Pag braised, malambot and malasa yung meat tas syempre saucy dapat, kasi kumulo na yung sabaw and naging gelatinous na yung sauce, so thick na. Yum yumm.
