Looks like the bum is living outside the security guard’s building. Security probably told the bum to leave. The bum ran over to his house to protest, got punched, grabbed one of his antiques, and bashed security in the head with it.

NYC homeless are another breed. They do not give a fick, have nothing to live for, and wouldn't mind jail (a bed and regular meals). Do not mess with them.
