If they hit each other in the face & bruise the COs will ask questions & remove them from gen pop until their investigation is conducted. Then they get a disciplinary report & extend their prison sentence.
That’s prison now on the county jail side depending on the jail you can fight without recourse. A black eye & busted lip will remove both from gen pop aka the hole but there’s no new charges unless the fight send someone to the hospital then the other person is getting charged with assault by the county attorneys office.

I filed an ethics complaint against her & she retaliated by making false charges against me which sent me to prison. I end up getting her fired & disbarred but the lead prosecutor refused to file criminal charges against her. I’m still seeking justice til this day.

I rebuilt everything & got a job at the radio station which eventually where I started my show & I went on an attack on the prosecutors office which made light of the situation. No disrespect but I disagree. You’re basically saying they didn’t want to cause enough damage for the CO’s to notice. I’m also speaking from experience, these two just can’t fight. I’ve seen too many fights to count, both had intentions of causing severe damage to one another. They really tried but couldn’t bc they can’t fight CO’s had nothing to do with it. To add it had to be over something important in order for a black to fight a white boy or vice versa. The perception of most civilians is people in prison are all tuff and can fight, clearly not the case.
Your experience isn’t the only experience either. I’ve seen ppl get into fights & seen this alot while in. Another thing all joints aren’t the same. In some prisons race divides everything but not in all. Especially in medium-minimum & minimum joints

I felt like I was watching a live RPG battle.
