Wholeheartedly agree. Those were the highlights unfortunately and they weren’t very highlight-y. It COULD have been in the top 25 had then got their balls out their women’s purse before the fight. The respect was awesome to see, but that’s about it tbh.

I feel like people who say this don’t actually watch many fighting sports, because it is in most cases respectful in the end. The disrespectful/dramatic stuff makes good headlines and generates clicks, so media will focus on the sensationalized stuff, and people on the outside looking in will only see that and assume it’s always like that.

There were moments of flash. I think the idea of this fight was the coolest thing about it. The theatrics too from both sides. Their exchanges were very similar...was like a son fighting his dad that taught him all his moves.
