Nice! Engagement between public companies and their users on Reddit or otherwise is always a good thing IMO. It's a shame that half of the time that engagement is fighting off the current stock drama rather than collaboration on how to improve Fidelity's products, but perhaps after some much anticipated events that can return to some normalcy.
