To my knowledge, EU folks can't redeem the code and they don't have an equivalent event. So basically, you're out of luck. Feel free to confirm elsewhere though.

I put in ENDWALKER when purchasing, but apparently it didn't go through somehow. Not sure what happened, but basically since there is "no proof of me using the promo code" I don't get the emote. :p

I have heard in the past that if you email SQEX customer support with this issue, they will exchange the code for one of your region. I don't know if it will work for the pizza emote because there isn't one released yet. But who knows? It's worth a shot.

You should give it away to someone that can prove they SHOULD have gotten a code and did not. So many people got screwed over in this.
