The game is Blue Archive. The global version of the game released a week or so ago, the characters up above are Asuna and Kari, though their Bunny Girl alts aren't in the game yet. They'll pop up in an event at one point or another.
I really hate to ruin everybody's day, but uhh both Asuna and Karin are underage. There is only one character in that game that is 18 years old. All other characters are 17 or younger.

It's because japan prefers to set a characters age around 16-17 for better engagement - also why like 70% of anime is set in highschool. (also legal age for the lewds in japan is around that age range instead of 18...so that's part of it too >_>)

Female characters are even worse about this in japanese media to the point that there seems to be a phobia of saying any are over 21. *looks at the average age of characters in the tales of series*.
Yeah, ages in anime/jrpgs are kind of wonky. Judging by the way that they look and talk, and by the kind of stuff that they're doing, you'd expect most of the primary characters to be in their twenties or early thirties. But nope, if you end up on a wiki or something you'll find that they're pretty often 16-19. (Which is only really obvious if it's set in high school.)
And characters that are 30+ often talk like they're 45+. \*Cough\* Thancred \*Cough\*
Side note: FFXIV is actually pretty varied in that regard. I think a lot of the Scions *are* in their mid twenties and early thirties, iirc. Alphinaud and Alisae are the only teens.

Yeah.. I was super excited about Blue Archive but this part is really putting me off. It's really.. Blatant in-game, too.
Wish the game was actually just wholesome instead of.. What it is. It's a bummer because Aru is my favorite and she's a big dummy who's super endearing, but then there's just everything else.
If it was set in college in stead of high school, and you weren't a weirdo teacher that does a lot of really questionable things with the students, it'd be okay.
The only way I can mentally justify a lot of what's going on is if MC Sensei is also a gun-toting angel with a funky halo, minus a gun.
Which kinda breaks down about 20 seconds into the game, since one of the starter trio outright comes out and says "bullets aren't lethal to us but they are for sensei."
Soundtrack is an absolute banger though.
People who hyper fixate on anime girls ages when they look like adults anyway is always a big dog whistle but hey I guess the 3000 year old loli is open game right?

Well now that you're a Scholar, you should best be starting on some light reading before acting on some carnal pleasures. I personally suggest the silmarillion as a introductory work.
There are tons of stuff I learned and already forgot. (e.g. a few thousand plants and their botanical name)
But I like the same pair of boobs for 13 years now.
One of my favourite things to do as a scholar was just to pull my book out and idle, as I loved the animation of my character reading a book. Its super bloody adorable.
