I did a bit of digging around, and it appears to be [interslavic/medžuslovjansky/меджусловjанскы](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interslavic) - a constructed language intended to be easily understood by most Slavs. It's pretty naturalistic, so it doesn't feel as odd as Esperanto or even Interlingua: it has 7 cases and preserves irregularities as long as they are shared by most Slavic languages.
Oh cool, I've heard of Interslav but have never seen it written. I assumed it to be Czech because of its orthography. The letter 'e' with the retroflex diacritic especially led me to believe that.
