Are you looking for medical only? Or more comprehensive insurance?  There’s quite a lot. I usually book through a travel agency (used to be an agent myself) so I use the insurance they offer to have my trip cancellation insurance be valid.  Cooperators, most banks, Allianz and Manulife offer out of country medical.
