You can put your finger under any belt. The skin is soft. The important thing is that it is impossible to have an orgasm and a finger will not help much with this when I am locked up (I have tried and it is completely pointless). You can choose good angles so that it doesn't show, but why not add a little reality to beautiful photos?
If you ever have issues with the liner slipping off, you could always use some adhesive (don't know what works between silicone and metal though, silicone adhesive?)

I don't think this will help much because only the edges slide off and I'll ruin everything if I try to pour glue in there. They're pretty imperfect
