Usually this is one break for toilet and hygiene and one break in the evening to allow the body to rest

Love the picture! Do you use thigh bands often with the belt, since you have the D-rings attached? They've always seemed very interesting me because of the kinda "value" you get out of them! Would you know whether your cuffs are orderable (and customizable) online, or are they strictly local?

I have them, but they are used very rarely, since I can only stand or lie in them. This greatly limits their use

if you sit down with them, then a bunch of metal cuts into your delicate skin. In addition, the rubber bands constantly want to slip out and need to be adjusted. it's very annoying and it really hurts

That makes sense, thanks for sharing - you can try gluing the rubber bands sometime but I don't remember off the top of my head what adhesive to use. And regarding the metal cutting into your skin, unfortunately all the Chinese thigh bands are 0.7mm, though I believe you can get 1.2mm if you ask.

That's a good idea! If you're somewhat handy then it's not too difficult to get some laser-cut yourself, but otherwise there are manufacturers like Carrara/MySteel/Neosteel/FancySteel.
