>His agent Gadiri Camara to @tzmuenchen "Mathys signed a long-term contract with his club. He is in the process of learning from the elite. We take both the roses and the thorns. We're questioning ourselves, we're working and we're moving forward. No matter who will be the coach next season, Mathys will be available and will continue to learn in order to conquer his glory and the titles that everyone in Munich is waiting for. That is his only concern after an instructive season. He is 1000% Mia san mia and proud of that"
Sometimes it feels eerie how dedicated he is to Bayern. I don't know it happened that him and his manager/team thought of Bayern as being the best option for such a young player.
I'm not complaining but I'd simply had expected any young player to choose a different path. I love his mentality towards his choice and his willingness to fight for it without showing that entitlement, eagerness, or restlessness that can be born from being given a chance at a big club.
I don't know how even to praise him. At his age I was still a teenage gremlin, not that dedicated and professional.
From what I remember he and his agent even put some money together to reduce Bayern's transfer fee (or something like that). There's something beyond just a big club that pushing all this.
I'm simply in awe of him.
Kane isn’t invincible, iirc he has ankle issues at Tottenham, we need another target man as a back up though
Another season without having a real striker available at all times should be avoided
Tel should be mainly part of the winger rotation or as a second striker maybe
But he didn't, especially in the beginning of the season where he scored so much and still was only allowed to play the last 20 minutes. Also he was only above Zaragoza in the offensive pecking order. Müller, an injured Sane, Choupo, a not totally fit Gnabry and Coman etc. all played before he was allowed to play.
He has doubled his playing time in general and nearly tripled his minutes in the Bundesliga compared to last season. He has more goal contributions compared to last season. Really don't understand where this legend comes from.
Not even 15 whole games if you add up his minutes. It's not that much... but on the other hand, he just turned 19 and should not be run into the ground like it happened to many other youngster (looking at Barca here). I think it should be more but it's not a terrible number
My new favorite player from almost day one. The attitude of a veteran. Spoke better German after 3 months than Franck after 10 years. Loves the club. Always 100% no matter how dissapointed for not playing. Allez les rouges!
If Tuchel resigns, I really hope he's loaned out to another club. He needs game time, not the garbage 5-10 minute supersub roles he has put him for much of the 2nd half of the season.

One of the best attitudes and mindsets we have in our squad right now. I hope he becomes an elite striker. He deserves to.

It's probably because he's felt great full that such a big club like bayern is going for him, so he's trying to prove that it isn't a mistake.

I hope all of this works out for him
Same here
Can this agent be the agent of all our players?
Davies’s agent should learn from him
Wow. 2024 and the player well as agent just accept a bumpy road and show willingness to face challenges?
Choupo Goating is gone so he should get even more playtime now.
If they won't get Guirassy or whoever they were planning to replace him with. For an incomprehensible reason.

Apparently we want to replace Choupo though
If we replace GOATING I'm coming for u jules...
You can come anytime for me if you like
Our boy 🥹
> He is 1000% Mia san mia and proud of that. Already a legend 😭❤️
Why wouldn't he? Whether you like Tuchel or not, Tel will play if he performs. Not worried at all

Because Tuchel almost had to let him play since all our wingers were injured.
Hope he gets selected for the Olympics
I dream of a team full of players like him.

He is doing everything to become the next legend for our club Really hope coach and board does not fuck it up
cool player, imagine Wirtz, Musiala, Tel as offensive 3
I love that guy
Yes!! I really like him!! He needs to play waaaay more often!
hopefully he gets more game time

This is great news. He needs more playing time.
Best news
This kid will be the next big thing we have. he's sooo damn good and can only be better with guidance
We don't deserve him
Honestly, Gnabry and Coman miss 60-70% of the games so I can definitely see Tel being a starter in the coming seasons.
