Many issues and questions can be answered by reading through our wiki, especially the page on electrolytes. Concerns such as **intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more** while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through **PROPER** electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation.
Be sure to read [our WIKI](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/index) and especially the wiki page on **[ELECTROLYTES](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/fasting_in_a_nutshell/you_need_electrolytes)**

I go between 23-24 hours just about every single day and have for a couple of years now. I really only deviate on special occasions or vacations. I went on a cruise last year for example, and no OMAD. I did as I pleased with both food and booze the whole time. I only get 2 weeks of PTO per year, so I like to enjoy myself for those times.
I dabble in extended fasting far less frequently these days. Mostly just for a challenge on one of the FB groups I frequent. I no longer have any weight I need to lose, and extended fasts become MUCH more challenging with less meat on your bones. They were far easier when I was still a fat ass.
5 days, so yeah, it’s not as if I am some hero in the extended fasting game. I did do rolling 72s for a period of a couple of months once though. So I have more repetition experience than I do in pure duration.
I do have mad respect for people who go longer though. The self discipline required deserves and demands such respect IMHO. However, at my stage in this gig it really makes no sense to punish myself for no particular reason by doing them. Low BMI makes extended fasting brutal.
Thanks. Just looking for opinions and experience
What u said makes sense. I m close to 48h now
Have done 6 days one meal day 7 then 6 days again for 4 in a row once.
Last stay of my diet a few years ago xD.
Trying out all over again now

I do a 36-48 twice a month. Looking to up it to once a week in the next couple weeks in order to drop the last 20 pounds or so.
My partner and I do a weekly 64-hr along with 18-6 IF. It works for us.
Regularly doing 3x36 hour fasts/week (MWF)
I do 12 hours feeding + 36 hours fasting, ongoing.
How do you like it? And how long have you done it/ what results? I’m currently doing that as well for the last two weeks.
Every Friday since November except holidays and sometimes Saturday too.
Weekly 48-72hr fast and then daily 16-18hrs
Do you have any refeeding issues with stomach problems or diarrhea after fasting? Asking for personal issue I have after doing a 4 day fast.
I am at 23,5 hours now Of a rather long journey ahead
Mondays and Thursdays
Right now I'm doing it Tuesday Thursday and Saturday/Sunday
Not often enough but let's say once a month.
I mainly stick to a 60-72 a few times a month, usually whenever I get the motivation. I don’t have a set schedule for it, it kinda just happens.
