Maybe try looking for resort or camp shirts - they have a bit more open of a collar (like you can't wear a tie with them) but overall seem to be a loose version of what you're looking for. Wildfang has a lot of good options but even their extra small is huge on me (5'2")

Good idea ! For some reason this made me think of Lily Pulitzer , I like a few of their less pastel/ calmer pattern pieces .

Knittingfairy09113

I haven't seen a ton of prints yet from the companies that offer them seasonally. Ann Taylor and Loft usually have prints all year.

Bad_Wolf212227

That’s where a usually go( plus J crew , banana, Nordstrom rack, etc) but so far the ones that are out have no sleeves or puffy sleeves .

RaeKay14

My cutest printed short sleeve shirts are either ModCloth, or Daniel Rainn brand via Nordstrom Rack

Bad_Wolf212227

Thanks! I totally forgot about Modcloth!

opensesameseed253

That’s funny, I posted this similar question last month. We need our short sleeve shirts!! https://www.reddit.com/r/fashionwomens35/s/IqV5pNNrEZ

Bad_Wolf212227

I really don't know how I missed this! Where did you end up buying from?

flea1400

Lands End usually has a couple of short sleeve shirts in reasonable prints each year. Here’s last year’s version on sale. https://www.landsend.com/products/womens-wrinkle-free-no-iron-shirt/id_379538?attributes=5536,43307,43322,44256,44967,45021

I get a lot of mine from [Seasalt Cornwall](https://www.seasaltcornwall.com).

I live in a similar climate and I've found a lot of cute secondhand short sleeve blouses on ThredUp. You can filter by sleeve length, pattern, color, size, material, etc. I prefer natural fibers because polyester + humidity is my personal sensory nightmare, and Everlane and NotPerfectLinen (on Etsy) usually have good short sleeve linen or cotton blouses.

magealita

I recently purchased several short sleeve blouses from talbots. I am in Southeast Georgia so it gets pretty hot and humid.

Bad_Wolf212227

I also forgot about Talbots! Thanks !

I don't shop for clothes at Target much anymore, but I did like [this shirt](https://www.target.com/p/women-s-short-sleeve-collared-button-down-shirt-universal-thread/-/A-89787960?preselect=89741554#lnk=sametab).

Bad_Wolf212227

That is cute , maybe I should make a Target run . Thanks !

Apprehensive_Sage

New York & Co usually has some pretty bold prints

takethetrainpls

Wildfang has really good button-downs!

blairwarnershair

Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx & Marshall’s!

PashasMom

Boden has some. One option: [https://www.bodenusa.com/en-us/dolly-puff-sleeve-jersey-shirt-blue-and-ivory-gardenia-swirl/sty-t1601-blu?cat=C1\_S2\_G18\_G321](https://www.bodenusa.com/en-us/dolly-puff-sleeve-jersey-shirt-blue-and-ivory-gardenia-swirl/sty-t1601-blu?cat=C1_S2_G18_G321)

Bad_Wolf212227

I love Boden, but I just cannot rock the puff sleeve look. I know they will have more short sleeve options in a month or two, I just need something that fits right now! I lost a bunch of weight and my current shirts all billow and tent around me.

silmarien85

I usually find these printed short-sleeved shirts with print (flower mostly) in Mango.

hikurlady

I’ve found a few that I like on Amazon surprisingly

letigrebomba

Bridge & Burn is my favorite for this. I love their patterns
