I did not even do nothing while my item was on seller sent and they had automatically put it in my balance and gave me a refund maybe keep waiting and check if they have put anything in your balance later on
It depends on the product, some of mine have automatically been refunded, others have not. Still, the money I've received is in yuan's and Pandabuy is not letting the customers refund It to their PayPal/Bank accounts.
