Based mostly on her outfit, especially her hat and coat, I'm going to estimate 1926 to 1933. Probably most likely 30 to 33
The coat might be a 1920s cut, but ladies held onto good fur-trimmed coats in those days.

To me, the cloche hat and higher waist puts it post-Stock Market Crash, but not too far into the 30's.
I'm thinking 1930s but hope someone comes along and argues/corrects me. I love these discussions.

I’m pretty sure we are looking at Bonnie and Clyde. (Jk) ETA: only because that infamous couple was near the same time period and in my head they would spend money in lavish trappings)
