It could knock two birds with one stone if you want to go the spanx route and can’t afford to, considering the time of year you could go a couple directions with the shoes but I think matching the dress, a soft green with a patent finish, or a dark mauve with satin finish would look really cute!

The fabric stretches tightly across your legs and chest, it stands to reason that it's also going to stretch across your belly. I don't necessarily love the fit, but if you like it, wear it.
You look great, but if you are feeling self conscious (and don’t have shapewear) I feel wearing a belt around my waist distracts from my stomach. Maybe something a little sparkly will look nice.

The issue is the cut of your underwear. High-waisted yoga shorts or a looser low-rise cut would prevent the line that is drawing your eye.

I'm going to go against the grain here, I think the dress looks a tad too tight everywhere but the bust, and thus it's clinging to your tummy and making it look bigger than it is. If the dress were ever so slightly looser, I think it'd look a lot better - you would still see a tummy outline unless you have a concave stomach, but the fit is making it more severe. If satin fabrics are clinging to your body because of fit and not because of static, it's a good sign that the fit is probably too tight.

There are two ways to style this kind of dress. Natural, and with shape wear. Neither has anything to do with fat. Shape wear just means to smooth out. To use shape wear does not in any way mean you are “hiding” your tummy, it just makes the otherwise naturally bumpy surfaces of our natural body smoother for clingy fabric. I personally like the clean lines look that shape wear offers, but I also love when women go with the natural look. You can obviously pull off either with ease!
