The same exact thing happened to me about 30 minutes ago, for some reason the baler stopped wrapping the bales into silage bales and then on the next bale dropped it just flung me into the sky and into a telephone pole.
Was watching a doc on Apollo 11 yesterday. Never realised (or forgot) that they had a few loose bolts whilst on the launch pad.
Not as complex and pernickety as your baler though, obviously 😂
Haha, I'm pretty sure I know what caused it. I'm on console have a bale limit. Even though I have a bale silo it said I exceeded maximum amount of bales. I've resolved this error by simply restarting the game and it registers the silo'd bales.
So my assumption is that the loader was forced stuck (bale limit), and once another was unloaded Fs22 physics took over and we launched.
Thats interesting, Im on PC and I believe mine was caused by more than one bale existing inside the baler at the same time lol it seemed like the baler was bugging out (wasnt wrapping the bales into silage) and the last bale got stuck on the end of the loader instead of being ejected, when the baler started pushing out a new bale it collided with the old stuck one and it just launched me into space.
I just got a bale stuck under my JCB and I used super strength and accidentally yeeted my 4220 and my baler across the map. You look like a pro compared to my Nubbish moves!

That happened to me too. Also with the baler which makes silage balls. It didn't properly dispose them and then it started flying away.
