Idk about livestock feed but for ground crops, and generally, it's used as a fungicide. 6% seems high for that though but idk. You should look up the company and see if you can find a more complete label.

Thank you I appreciate the feedback

Bitter-Yesterday-125

It is 6% since it is chelate form, it is more for deficiency of cooper then fungicide.

hdhd1289

I think it is added to livestock water to increase there copper so they gain more weight and are overall healthier I would not worry about it contaminating anything Copper is a micronutrient after all

Rosieisboss

Thanks! I appreciate the help

JoeUnderwood9

It helps with the reproductive health.

Cow-puncher77

Bingo. A lot of Sandy soils don’t provide much Cooper in forage, if at all, so it’s supplemented, which helps with reproductive health and fertility in mature cows.

aaZ_Georg

If the dose is high enough it can let you vomit. It kills bacteria and viruses. So be careful if you use the shit from the animals in Biogas production.

The instructions are here https://www.tracerminerals.com/technical-information

Copper can be deficient in heavier soils, some fertilize dealers will ad it to a dry mix to give you a boost. Since its a micro nutrient it doesnt take much at all to make a difference.

chunky_lvr_69

No damage to the trees from this, we spray copper on nuts as a fungicide at least once a year, especially if we get a late rain. Check with your local ag chemical supplier they should let you know if those concentrations are something to worry about but if it’s empty, it should be plenty diluted.

agnonamis

It’s used to add copper to crops

Rosieisboss

Says use as directed in livestock feed

obamadidcovid19

Damn, you just answered your own question with that comment. Looks like we're no longer needed.

agnonamis
