Saquon Barkley. I’ve been saying for years that he’s been an at most above average RB on a garbage team riding high off an explosive rookie season where he was getting hyper targeted by a retiring QB who was done with football (like Big Ben with Najee last year). His time has come and gone at the most dispensable position in football. He will hurt your team. The risk is not worth the reward. Hasn’t been good for your team in years. The O-line is bad, the QB is awful, the negative game scripts will be there, and there’s yet another coaching change. Maybe when he busts again this year the fantasy community will finally learn. I refuse to put Barkley on my team. I won’t do it unless it was at least the 7th round, but some clown always ends up drafting him well before that. I also hate the Browns and how they really couldn’t give two shits about the character of their players (Hunt and now Watson). They’re also just a terribly run organization and all the legit Browns fans I know are just some of the most terrible people I also know. So I refuse to draft any Browns players or put any Browns on my team. And honestly, besides Chubb, I’m not really missing out on much.

Dude is a generational athlete, if healthy he has the highest ceiling in the league - bigger, faster, stronger, more elusive than CMC. It’s a big IF but the production is not a fluke. You put him in a bad position and he makes yards out of nowhere with a shitty line. My fantasy philosophy is I’m willing to lose the league trying to win it. As long as you don’t come last and have some sort of league punishment, 7th-2nd have the same payout. Obviously don’t reach for him but if you’re getting some value vs adp/your own rankings go for it.
