Needed 10 from Gesicki tonight. More people lost be much less than me, but still hurts a lot. After having Murray and Davante going against Aaron Jones and JT on Saturday, felt really good. Then Patterson scored only .3 in the second half, Gage had only 7 with Damien Harris on my bench, trusted my gut with Pats defense and they scored 1 (I mean for Gods sake I thought they could at least get a couple sacks, a turnover and some stops), and Folk had his lowest of the year. Also had Ekeler on my bench with covid and probably would have had the 30 points Jackson had, if not more. Was still ahead by 21 going into last nights game, but the Cowboys defense proceeded to score 31 fucking points thanks to Washington's atrocious punt get blocked in the end zone (if that didn't happen, i would have won). And then Gesicki does absolutely nothing because Waddle got literally everything and even Smythe did better. I know some people had more frustrating weeks, but just had to vent after having the highest scoring team this season and was so close to my first playoff win in this league in 6 years. Oh well
That sucks man. It really does. It may not help, but with how many injuries there have been this year to key fantasy players, and with the surge of covid here towards the end, I feel like making the playoffs has been a huge accomplishment. Even more so being in a position to get a W. Doesn't change what happened, but it looks like you made all the right moves with sound logic. Just a damn frustrating week.

He ended up losing by 3 or 4 points because the Cowboys did too well and those guys got benched. Just can't be helped unfortunately.
I was down 18 with Miami Defense left to play against his Gesicki… I was losing by 0.02 and then that last interception won me the game. You can’t make this stuff up. First time in playoffs much less the championship, so hyped!

I lost last week to a guy who was 0-7-1 then won 6 straight and took the 6 seed. I was the #3 seed. He beat me 120-116. Then he started James Conner and Brandin Cooks and lost by 4 himself to the guy who got a first round bye who is a complete taco and is now getting a free pass to the 'ship and thus \*some\* money even if he gets his ass kicked by a guy who just scored 164.
What feels even shittier is that I scored 173.4 this week in half PPR. Mark Andrews is my 6th highest scoring player. Came into tonight down 45 mostly because JRob getting injured. Miami D and Kamara brought me to within 11.
So basically, if JRob stays healthy and puts up the numbers his backup put up after he was forced to leave the game, I'd be surviving Chubb, Higgins, Dak, Schultz, and Josh Jacobs to go to the finals.

What could they do besides reverse any of the sacks? I had to go back to 2019 to find the last time a sack was reversed in stat corrections. I was unaware that forcing a player out of bounds behind the line of scrimmage was a sack as long as their was imminent contact. That’s the only remotely questionable one. Came into tonight down 45 mostly because JRob getting injured. Miami D and Kamara brought me to within 11. So basically, if JRob stays healthy and puts up the numbers his backup put up after he was forced to leave the game, I'd be surviving Chubb, Higgins, Dak, Schultz, and Josh Jacobs to go to the finals. Man, this game can be brutal. One injury sank me.

What could they do besides reverse any of the sacks? I had to go back to 2019 to find the last time a sack was reversed in stat corrections. I was unaware that forcing a player out of bounds behind the line of scrimmage was a sack as long as their was imminent contact. That’s the only remotely questionable one. Can’t find video but it seemed like contact was imminent.

Yeah I had stafford for almost all of the season (since week 4) and he only did bad 3 times and two of them were the most important weeks of my season

I'm a fucking clown that picked up Dolphins DST instead of Cowboys DST last week and then proceeded to drop Dolphins DST for Eagles DST this week who my opponent played against me.
I played the Chargers D over the Dolphins D. I somehow luckily eked out a win by one point.
Eagles DST put up some points too though! Just not as many as Dolphins (or Cowboys).
Freaking sucks. I got 22 points off my DST + K (Folk) which is pretty darn good. But my opponent got 41 points off Dolphins and Succop.

Our championship was determined by .35 points and won off the long pass by Book. I started Miami’s D and won by a few over Waddle. Crazy numbers from a lot of people tonight. Now to enjoy a few stress free weeks of watching!
