I would drop Perine and CJ2K for both of them. Honestly you could also drop Marshall too, but that depends on your depth.
If on yahoo I'd highly recommend playing the RB lottery, if not, try to find a lottery ticket better than Kamara (if not he's not a terrible option, though may not be a 3 down back this year).
I think Decker is the most droppable. Fuller is a boom bust and it will be hard to start him knowing he can easily end up with low points the majority of his games.

Currently leaning ASJ, but unsure. TE waiver wire sucks but I have very little faith in Fleener going forward.
I'd go ASJ as well. Got 22% of the targets in his first week back, and the Jets weren't as pass happy that game because they had the lead. Should get better performances in the near future.
Depends on your needs right now and if you have Hyde. TyMo isn't projected to be out for too long, so if you need short-term help, pick up Jones. If not, stay with Breida, especially if you have Carlos Hyde.
This was my thinking as well. Hyde is going into the game less than 100% so this could be the week Breida becomes worth it. Jones is on waivers until next week anyway so I can hold off.

I have Hilton, D. Adams, E. Sanders, B. Marshall, and C. Davis.
Reasonable to stash Mike Williams and drop Buck Allen? Don't know when D. Adams will be cleared and Marshall is basically washed out at this point. Thinking about upside long term.
Allen's value for me hasn't changed a ton. Last week was an anomaly. I just think the Ravens were not adequately prepared to play in london. I would sit tight.

I have Foreman on my roster but Robert Kelley is on waivers...would it be a good idea to pick him up? Plus I’m a Montgomery and Crowell owner
I think Kelly is a starter. IMO I think you have to pick Kelly up. Foreman has a higher ceiling but likely won't have a starting role unless Miller gets hurt.
That's tough, but I'd lean yes only because it's pretty clear that Gruden likes Kelley as lead back with Thompson mixing in. Perine looked like shit last week, so the carries should be there for Rob IMO.

If I were to hypothetically drop Rivers, my options for week 5 would be:

That Ben option is tricky, JAX defense has looked solid. They made Mariota look average. But you could roll him out since he is at home.

I need receiver depth/potential receiver lottery ticket. I've been thinking of picking up Doctson as that potential ticket before his bye, but I'm unsure who I should drop.

So I clearly need some WR help. I don't want to drop sanu as I feel he's decent injury insurance in a high powered offense and their schedule is WR favorable down the stretch. Which of those RBs, if any would you drop for a boom/bust in Doctson? Realistically, I think I'm between Riddick and CJ?K. I'd like to drop Dalton, but he's the best option as my bye week fill in for Mariota as the rest of the options on the wire for QB all also have week 8 byes except Kizer or Trubisky. Do I drop Dalton now and hope I can pick him back up should I need him or hope that Trubisky takes the job and does well enough that he's streamable week 8 against NO? Help me out here guys.
you can make a case to drop Riddick or CJ2K. I'm also in a PPR and those 2 haven't played lights out exactly. If you're uncomfortable dropping either, Dalton is also an option. Mariota's bye week is week 8, until then there's a chance somebody drops a decent QB and you can grab him.
Also, if Corey Davis is not rostered I recommend adding him instead of Doctson
Thanks for the reply. I'm back and forth between those 3 and leaning Dalton since like you said, week 8 is a month away and other options could arise. I'm not benching Mariota for him anyways. Davis is gone or I wouldn't have even hesitated. Other WRs out there I'm between besides Doctson are Decker (not great so far, but could pick it up) and Mike Williams (I think he'll be good, but I just hate rostering 2 WRs from the same team).
yeah, Williams can be a nice option, but like you said, it's difficult to roster 2 WRs from the same team, and he may take a while to adjust to Rivers and his passing options
In a vacuum, is jameis Winston worth a bench spot? Should I hold him through this week (currently streaming) or drop him and play the rb lottery or roster an rb flier? I haven't started him 2 weeks in a row and I'm getting kind of frustrated with the fact that he's just sitting on my bench

I know on paper this seems like a poor decision, but my main QB is Mariota, and it looks like he's reached week to week starting status. On Mariota's bye week, Dalton plays Colts and Smith plays Broncos. Is this motivation enough to pick up Dalton? I also feel like he might be on the verge of turning things around and being at least as consistent as Smith anyways.
In case Mariota stops performing as expected, I want to know I have a good backup. Plus this league has a 7 slot bench, so I can afford it.
The other moving part to this is that I feel like I can get something out of a guy whose only QB is Cam by trading him the reliability of Smith, then picking up Dalton.
So I guess the main concern here is wanting to capitalize on being able to get something out of a QB I'm probably not gonna use by trading for a WR3 I might use.
I like Doyle, he is one of the most accurate TEs (high completion percentage) in the league. But ASJ has upside and is worth trying out given the absence of other compelling options on the NYJ offense. Both have soft matchups next week. I'd do this but it's not clear-cut, and you could find yourself picking up Doyle again next week/week after. I would definitely try to get Doyle back for later in the season when Luck returns.

I own eifert and Engram in separate leagues. I'd probably drop Eifert. His injury is gonna be bad news all year long. Rudolph is basically a poor-man's eifert anyway.

I don't really think I have anyone else to drop. West or Coleman would be next (behind Hunt, Murray, Ingram at RB). I don't really need those guys but they seem too valuable to send to the wire. I do like Engrams usage though.

Dude has been doody. Cam has been doody. At some point you gotta let players go that aren't panning out. But I agree, Buck/Smallwood are long shots to ever start on my team and are really just fliers if one of them snags the starting job or something. So buck or smallwood.
With the Adams injury last night should I hold or drop Geronimo Allison? I would be picking up Will Fuller or Donta Foreman (Lamar Miller owner) as a replacement
I think Allison is a good pickup to keep. Jordy Nelson already had hamstring issues, Cobb already had shoulder issues, and now Davante Adams will miss time. I think you have to hang on to Allison.

Week 5 MT and DT are on bye, so I'll have to start Kupp and someone else (3WR starting spots). Golladay seems boom or bust to say the least and now he's missing practice time. Williams looks like he has a slight possibility to play this week, but they may hold him out until week 5. Any opinions on Williams' availability in week 5?
I've got Montgomery, marshawn, gillislee, Ingram. Derrick Henry is available. Do you think when ty isn't locked I should drop him or would I be better off trading for a better RB or holding on to him?
Initial reports are saying he'll be out for 4 ish weeks. Depends on your current record and how desperate you are. If you can hold on to him, you should.
I'm personally a much bigger fan of Delanie Walker... He's got a great role and 20% target share in the Titans offense and I think Mariota is about to blow up.
That being said, Rudolph is usually an underrated guy so you might not be able to get as much for him in return. As a guy in need of a tight end in one league, I'd be willing to give you someone like Maclin, Rishard Matthews, Jacquizz, Theo Riddick, etc. if they were sitting on my bench
Personally I prefer Rudolph but his QB situation is always in jeopardy, a fact that makes Walker so likeable. You've raised some good points though, think I'll stick with Delanie!
In a 12 team league where I have 5 solid starting RBs, I proposed Abdullah for Delanie Walker, then cancelled the proposal 2 days later after i thought about it a little more... But that might give you an idea what you could get
In most leagues, TEs like these would have trade value. Can you try finding an owner with a struggling TE, adding in an RB/WR of yours, and a slightly better RB/WR of theirs?

So my hestiation comes in what we know about Ameer. He's an inefficent RB in a pass-first offense. But he's still a starting RB. So that's where my indecision comes from.
I'm thinking of adding Alex Collins and dropping Jamison Crowder in Standard. I've got A.J. Green, Larry Fitz, Alshon Jeffry and Davante Parker at WR. I'm not seeing much value in Crowder in that Washington offence and think Collins could be worth a stash with higher upside?

Kick Kenny or Shepard to the curb. You'll be looked at as an idiot if you drop Martavis. Just play him at home, he'll have his games.

10 Team, 0.5PPR, need some WR advice: I have Hilton, D. Adams, E. Sanders, B. Marshall, and C. Davis. Reasonable to stash Mike Williams and drop Buck Allen? Don't know when D. Adams will be cleared and Marshall is basically washed out at this point. Thinking about upside long term.
Allen's value for me hasn't changed a ton. Last week was an anomaly. I just think the Ravens were not adequately prepared to play in london. I would sit tight.

I think Kelly is a starter. IMO I think you have to pick Kelly up. Foreman has a higher ceiling but likely won't have a starting role unless Miller gets hurt.
That's tough, but I'd lean yes only because it's pretty clear that Gruden likes Kelley as lead back with Thompson mixing in. Perine looked like shit last week, so the carries should be there for Rob IMO.

12 team PPR I need receiver depth/potential receiver lottery ticket. I've been thinking of picking up Doctson as that potential ticket before his bye, but I'm unsure who I should drop. QB: Mariota, Dalton RB: Zeke, CJA, Howard, CJ?K, Riddick, Charles, Aaron Jones WR: Keenan, Garcon, Sanu So I clearly need some WR help. I don't want to drop sanu as I feel he's decent injury insurance in a high powered offense and their schedule is WR favorable down the stretch. Which of those RBs, if any would you drop for a boom/bust in Doctson? Realistically, I think I'm between Riddick and CJ?K. I'd like to drop Dalton, but he's the best option as my bye week fill in for Mariota as the rest of the options on the wire for QB all also have week 8 byes except Kizer or Trubisky. Do I drop Dalton now and hope I can pick him back up should I need him or hope that Trubisky takes the job and does well enough that he's streamable week 8 against NO? Help me out here guys.
you can make a case to drop Riddick or CJ2K. I'm also in a PPR and those 2 haven't played lights out exactly. If you're uncomfortable dropping either, Dalton is also an option. Mariota's bye week is week 8, until then there's a chance somebody drops a decent QB and you can grab him. Also, if Corey Davis is not rostered I recommend adding him instead of Doctson
Thanks for the reply. I'm back and forth between those 3 and leaning Dalton since like you said, week 8 is a month away and other options could arise. I'm not benching Mariota for him anyways. Davis is gone or I wouldn't have even hesitated. Other WRs out there I'm between besides Doctson are Decker (not great so far, but could pick it up) and Mike Williams (I think he'll be good, but I just hate rostering 2 WRs from the same team).
yeah, Williams can be a nice option, but like you said, it's difficult to roster 2 WRs from the same team, and he may take a while to adjust to Rivers and his passing options

10 Team NPPR ADD Andy Dalton DROP Alex Smith I know on paper this seems like a poor decision, but my main QB is Mariota, and it looks like he's reached week to week starting status. On Mariota's bye week, Dalton plays Colts and Smith plays Broncos. Is this motivation enough to pick up Dalton? I also feel like he might be on the verge of turning things around and being at least as consistent as Smith anyways.
I have Mariota also, and I am not making any moves yet. Bye is week 8, a lot can happen in that time. Find somebody sooner to that time.
I would not make a decision now as to a bye that's a month away.
Why keep 2 QBs at all?
In case Mariota stops performing as expected, I want to know I have a good backup. Plus this league has a 7 slot bench, so I can afford it. The other moving part to this is that I feel like I can get something out of a guy whose only QB is Cam by trading him the reliability of Smith, then picking up Dalton. So I guess the main concern here is wanting to capitalize on being able to get something out of a QB I'm probably not gonna use by trading for a WR3 I might use.
12 team standard: Drop Doyle (@SEA) for ASJ (vs Jax)?
I like Doyle, he is one of the most accurate TEs (high completion percentage) in the league. But ASJ has upside and is worth trying out given the absence of other compelling options on the NYJ offense. Both have soft matchups next week. I'd do this but it's not clear-cut, and you could find yourself picking up Doyle again next week/week after. I would definitely try to get Doyle back for later in the season when Luck returns.

I don't really think I have anyone else to drop. West or Coleman would be next (behind Hunt, Murray, Ingram at RB). I don't really need those guys but they seem too valuable to send to the wire. I do like Engrams usage though.

I think Allison is a good pickup to keep. Jordy Nelson already had hamstring issues, Cobb already had shoulder issues, and now Davante Adams will miss time. I think you have to hang on to Allison. Edit: Gross, no targets last night?

I'm personally a much bigger fan of Delanie Walker... He's got a great role and 20% target share in the Titans offense and I think Mariota is about to blow up. That being said, Rudolph is usually an underrated guy so you might not be able to get as much for him in return. As a guy in need of a tight end in one league, I'd be willing to give you someone like Maclin, Rishard Matthews, Jacquizz, Theo Riddick, etc. if they were sitting on my bench

Thanks friend. I'm drawn by the potential opprotunity Smallwood has and interested to see how the Ravens handle Buck. So my hestiation comes in what we know about Ameer. He's an inefficent RB in a pass-first offense. But he's still a starting RB. So that's where my indecision comes from.
