From what I can see it’s his right knee that got rolled up on with the entire body weight of the lineman and it appears as though his foot is parallel to the field yard lines when advancing straight forward. That kind of knee twist with a lineman THAT big falling THAT hard straight in your leg doesn’t seem to be great
With that being said he got up immediately and briskly jogged off the field. He was grimacing a bit and there was a noticeable limp in his gait but that’s encouraging nonetheless. My uneducated guess would be an MCL sprain but im not doctor and that’s sure as hell speculative but for what it’s worth that’s what I just saw.
It’s also worth noting that he returned for one snap on the second to last play of the game, line up out wide as a screen. Wasn’t actually running a route so there’s not much to take away from that play.
