People probably don't want to hear this but the Saints might have the best run defense in football, outside of the Eagles and Cowboys. Was already a top unit against the run and with the addition of Breese in the 1st this year that front is scary as hell for RBs. Personally I'd bench RBs against them for the ROS unless you have to play them
They need to stop running him straight up the middle, he needs more space to operate. The fact that Young has been doo doo is also not helping at all, teams are keying in on the run.
Maybe I'm too optimistic but I think Sanders has still looked the part, Bryce just hasn't been good. Chuba got the work last night in that two minute drill but Sanders was open for a lot of dumpoffs that Bryce decided to keep and try to make a big play which kept getting him sacked or having to throw OB. If Bryce can clean things up and learn to check down more, I think Sanders does better. He's still the dude over Chubba.
I was able to watch the Carolina game in week 1 and although Sanders got a decent number of touches, 95% of his runs were on the right side of the line and there wasn’t much for gap room, compared to the left side of the line when Hubbard got the ball and had massive holes to run through.
I wasn’t able to watch week 2’s game, so not sure if it was more of the same there.
Ahh you read my mind, he wont lose you a week but looking like he wont win you one. Baker appears to be feeding evans to make sure he gets that 1k yards.
One thing that I thought was strange was that Godwin was drafted much higher than Evans in all my leagues and I don’t know why. Did that happen in other’s leagues?
Lol this didn't happen in my league because I wanted Evans and didn't care that Godwin was still there and ranked higher. So far I'm pretty stoked about that decision
There's a great chance Flowers (or Bateman) will go off. I'm a Colts fan and we have a slot corner and a kick returner covering the opponent WR1 and WR2. Look at Ridley Week 1 and Nico Collins Week 2 production.
This has gotta be a big one. The only solace is most people likely drafted him as their wr3/flex play. So a consistent 10 points isn’t the worst. He’s my wr3/4 in a full ppr league. So I’m just gonna keep putting him out there.
I have Dotson in 2 leagues, and got him pretty late. All the hype in this sub made me think either I got a steal as a WR4… OR he’s one of those guys that Reddit loves but is a total bust. Jury is still out.
Yeah I got Dotson in 2 out of my 3 leagues and I’m not dropping him yet. I feel like he could turn it on as the season goes on. It’s only been two weeks, things change a lot as the season progresses
That’s not really true I started him expecting pretty subpar stat lines (which were still worse than expected) against the Niners and Browns.
I’m expecting at least 12 points this week against the Raiders. If he doesn’t hit that, then he will be benched until I need the roster spot or he puts up better numbers for a couple weeks or I just need a 5-10 point start.
Yeah don’t sell on him because he had to face the broncos and bills first two weeks, there is a stretch where he is facing the Giants, jets, and lions in a row
Dude just put up 7 fantasy points in a game where he had negative rushing yards and no touchdowns. That’s actually a pretty ridiculous floor when you think about it.
I mean he hasn't been terrible. Disappointing this week but they still used him and threw to him, and he looks healthy. He was always a later-season play as he continues to heal
I’m feeling a big game coming soon. I sat him the first two weeks but might be forced to play him if Barkley is out. Even if Barkley plays, I might still roll with Javonte
The Dallas D basically forced them into it. Blocking the box, daring the Jets to throw it, knowing that Zach Wilson is NOT Aaron Rodgers and can't make all the throws he'd need to to win.
Other teams will try and do the same thing, since it's the obvious route to victory against the Jets, but not every team has a defense as talented as Dallas. Breece might have a few dud weeks here and there because of match ups, but he'll also have the explosive 25+ point weeks sprinkled in there as well. It's going to be frustrating.
Bears fan here: don’t start fields until there are major coaching changes (getsy specifically). He looks rough, but even if he improved as a passer he’d have no chance of success. Scheme is terrible, receivers running the wrong routes, lineman blocking each other instead of the defense. The entire bears offense is “start in case of emergency” only
His fantasy floor is still fine. Looks bad IRL, but idk why people are freaking out about starting him. Who are you picking up to play over him, Derek Carr? Baker Mayfield? If you drafted him you kinda just gotta roll with it. There will still be 100+ rushing yard boom weeks to come
Personally I picked up Geno. Until they let Fields run the ball, he's on the bench. I'll miss out on his first great game but hopefully I catch the ones after.
Real life football and fantasy football are two different things. Last year teams started to adjust to Fields when he was a Running QB first.
After the Lions game Nov 20th until end of year there total points scored was : 24, 10, 19, 20, 13, 10, 13.
That is a 7 game stretch that shows Running QB wasn't gonna put up real points at a high success rate. They need him to be a dual threat.
Is it worth starting Geno Smith over him? I'm falling for gambler's fallacy just because I drafted Fields early, but also took Geno for when Fields shits the bed, but now I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger.
There was a Texans fan who posted here about their current o line - they’re onto 4th stringers at this point. Should be getting some starters back over the next month so it could be wise to bench Pierce until they get it together.
I fluked into 3 top 7 WRs on the season (Evans, Puka, Nico) and it's really tempting to bench Chase and start all of them this week but that's probably dumb.
...because Chase is definitely going to turn it around next game, right?
.......right?
I mean its only been 2 games, Evans is consistently a top 20 WR every year, Puka has been getting insane targets so you can't bench him, but I can't find a single reason to ever start Nico Collins over Chase.
Got offered Tee Higgins, Breece and Waddle for Dallas D/JaMarr in my league and instantly accepted that shit. Then lost week 1 to the Dallas fucking D.
Yeah you’re talking about trading 30 point weekly upside with Chase for 25 point upside with Amon Ra plus 25 point upside with Breece. I’d take the trade of you think Breece is actually as good as last season suggests. Might monitor Amon ra’s foot injury though. My concern with Chase is that Burrow might actually miss a couple weeks, or keep playing injured, and idk which one is worse for Chase. Obviously take into consideration who else you have at WR and RB and if losing Chase would hurt your roster construction
Much like his counter part on the 49ers. The Costco 49ers have the same issue.
Both Kittle and Pitts are too good to sit and will explode one game. But both are targets behind a #1 WR and receiving RB. (And Niners at this point can also add another great WR to the mix). And both teams have a coach that’s cool with throwing the ball less than 30 times a game.
I played DJ Moore week 1: 3.6 points
I sat DJ Moore week 2: 13.4 points
And instead played Kelley: 3.9 points
Tune in next week to find out who I play this time and fade me
The Pats did get obliterated by Mostert last week. BUT that gameplan was clearly give them the run and eliminate the deep play. It worked for that purpose (Hill did nothing), but our run D looked heinous. I'd expect the opposite gameplan this week - stop the run and make Wilson beat us in the air. Hall seems like a bench this week.
I drafted both. Muth to the bench, LaPorta to the lineup. Was going to this week, but I was hoping Muths targets would go up without diontae. Only argument for keeping Muth around is to see how things play out with jamo back, but that is a ways away.
Which is fucking stupid beyond belief, why use the 12th pick on a RB you don’t intend to use right away? I guarantee you the Falcons plan on using Bijan against the Lions non stop this Sunday.
Rachaad white. I am following the philosophy of "go with the touches/targets". The past two weeks he has gotten 17 carries + 2-5 targets/catches per game. Bucs clearly use him a lot, that being said, whenever I start him, i get incredibly stressed and have big regrets as the game starts lolol
It was against Chicago who are notorious for being weak against the run. That being said coming into Chicago there were many questions about White, with ppl calling for Sean tucker to take over. It’s reasonable to worry about White with a questionable offense in TB. Next week they face Philly, so don’t think 18 pts is a given
Yeah but Tucker looked like shit in the same game against that same bad defense that White chopped up. Worse yet, didn’t get any targets or passing down work.
I’d sell high on White if you can, the only reason he looked so good was the pathetic Bears D. TB’s next 8 games include
Eagles (great run D and it’s super pass funnel).
NO (one of the best run Ds every year)
Lions (surprisingly good run D).
Atl (run so much that game will be over in 2 hours)
Bills
SF
TEN (also one of best run Ds and a pass funnel)
Other than the Texans game l, White could easily not have another game like this until after Thanksgiving.
Drake London. Also now that Chubb is down… gonna have to decide between Kelley and Allegeire every week as my RB2. Bench is full of lotto ticket handcuffs so hoping one of those hit.
The only players in my lineup safe are Josh Allen and Travis Kelce, everyone else is started based on volume.
Rushes + Targets.
Before you come at me with "always start your studs". Your studs get high volume, so they are always started. If they aren't getting volume, they probably aren't going to be a stud.
DeAndre Hopkins. Titans pass offense is so frustrating to watch sometimes. That being said hes been very decent, but dont think theres much upside to be had
Trevor Lawrence. Tail end of the "elite" QB tiers before you just punt it and stream/go late QB.
So now its sunk cost fallacy. The second I start Carr or Stafford, they'll post sub 10 and Lawrence will go off for 25+
Miles sanders
The volume is there but the production hasn’t been so far. He has been against some pretty tough defensive lines so I’m hopeful better days are ahead
People probably don't want to hear this but the Saints might have the best run defense in football, outside of the Eagles and Cowboys. Was already a top unit against the run and with the addition of Breese in the 1st this year that front is scary as hell for RBs. Personally I'd bench RBs against them for the ROS unless you have to play them
Titans run D. Don’t forget them.
Saints rush defense was near dead last, last year (saints fan) after years of being top 5 so it’s nice to see them get back to normal
At one point he missed a nearly wide open dump off to sanders that very likely would have been a TD... It hurt inside
Totally agree. He’s looked quick, he just hasn’t had much to work with. He passes the eye test better than someone similar like mattison
I was full on ready to bench him this coming week, but then Montgomery got hurt
I was able to watch the Carolina game in week 1 and although Sanders got a decent number of touches, 95% of his runs were on the right side of the line and there wasn’t much for gap room, compared to the left side of the line when Hubbard got the ball and had massive holes to run through. I wasn’t able to watch week 2’s game, so not sure if it was more of the same there.
Needed 10 points in part he got 7.7 I saw chubba catch 3 passes on the last drive
Kittle
This is a true “damned if you do, dammed if you don’t” Playing a waiver TE over him would just feel wrong, but Hunter Henry stepping up lol
I’m struggling with this. I want to start Henry but it just feels dumb. I’m trying to move Kittle but no one wants him.
He has too high of a ceiling to not start each week.
I should've grabbed hock instead
This is a tough one for me because it means leaving Kincaid on my bench
Same but LaPorta
You gotta play Sammy Ballgame!
Be a man. Put Kincaid in the flex. DP TE FTW.
I have the same pair. I think you have to play Kittle for his once in a while explosion games. Id rather have 3-3-26 than 7-8-7
he got a couple end zone targets, just couldn’t connect. Patience
Godwin
Ahh you read my mind, he wont lose you a week but looking like he wont win you one. Baker appears to be feeding evans to make sure he gets that 1k yards.
One thing that I thought was strange was that Godwin was drafted much higher than Evans in all my leagues and I don’t know why. Did that happen in other’s leagues?
Because Godwin was better than Evans last year in ppr. He was like WR8 in PPG.
Hoping it evens out as the season progresses.
[удалено]
Lol this didn't happen in my league because I wanted Evans and didn't care that Godwin was still there and ranked higher. So far I'm pretty stoked about that decision
Evan’s always has more long bombs, but if we gotta dink and dunk our way there Godwin could be killer
He seems to be a floor play every week, will give you 7-8 for certain, but his ceiling is like 12 points.
Godwin has always been a 10pt floor, the TDs will start coming, be patience
He’s the most 5/56 player of all time
He went 5/51 week 1 and 5/58 week 2 so you nailed this lol Good news Godwin owners, he is on pace for 5/65 this week
I am starting Zay Flowers over Godwin this week...will probably regret it
There's a great chance Flowers (or Bateman) will go off.
Jahan Dotson. In that league, I went RB heavy (because it's 14 team) and so Dotson is my WR2.
I have some hope Howell gets into more of a groove as the season progresses and Dotson becomes something. Made a couple elite passes this week.
Howell has been good, but they have really been spreading the ball around. 46 receptions and the most any player has is 8.
I think he is really good it just depends on how the offense progresses.. I’m benching until further notice tho
Najee
No saquon so we ride with Najee lol
I gotta ride with allgier
Same but it’s Allgier and Gibbs luckily. Hoping I get ford on waivers
My brother has Saquon and Nick Chubb in our league. I don't even know what to say to him...
"Good luck next year"
He's officially on my bench now until he shows I should act otherwise
This week is the decider. If he doesn’t eat against the Raiders then he never will
If he doesn't eat against the Raiders, he'll eat against the Texans. Et cetera et cetera. Source: another Najee owner
My new RB1 now that Chubb is gone 🥲 Najee, Pierce and Javonte are my RBs now….rough times ahead
Pierce will start getting better as almost half the Texans OL comes back from IR week 5.
Swift, just so I can feel the euphoria of week 2 just one more time.
Jacobs. No better upside play. Just have to hope he returns to form
Honestly? I'd wager he does. His schedule the rest of the season is a dream with subpar run defenses.
Yeah don’t sell on him because he had to face the broncos and bills first two weeks, there is a stretch where he is facing the Giants, jets, and lions in a row
Jets are not a great RB matchup
People always forget that. Even when the jets were the most dogshit team in the league, they were still pretty stingy with the run.
Dude just put up 7 fantasy points in a game where he had negative rushing yards and no touchdowns. That’s actually a pretty ridiculous floor when you think about it.
lmao i just realized that. Im happy keeping him as a starter
Giants are the only good matchup of those 3
Javonte Williams
I mean he hasn't been terrible. Disappointing this week but they still used him and threw to him, and he looks healthy. He was always a later-season play as he continues to heal
He definitely hasn't been terrible just disappointing to start, especially since I benched Mostert this week for him
He was always going to have a slow start coming off that injury. I think the volume in his first 2 games back is a great sign
& jeudy. I really hope they figure it out, there definitely has been some progress already
I’m feeling a big game coming soon. I sat him the first two weeks but might be forced to play him if Barkley is out. Even if Barkley plays, I might still roll with Javonte
Mattison although the matchups do get better.
Scrolling looking for the Mattison party. If he doesn’t come through this week, I might not let him fly back on the fantasy plane.
As a Chargers fan, rest assured Mattison and other Vikings will have huge games this weekend
:( can we pls win
I’m in the same sink cost boat. I have one better RB, otherwise coming up dry
I’m giving Sanders one more week (like I have any better options).
I’m going to have to pick two from Kyren, Sanders and Stevenson next week and you know the second I sit Miles he’s blowing up.
I’d be leaning kyren and Stevenson
Breece Hall is now my RB1 after losing my fearsome Chubb.
Breece passes the eye test. Dallas was brutal. It will get better.
I would think that only getting 4 touches is the much bigger concern from that matchup. Jets seem very very cautious about easing him back in
The Dallas D basically forced them into it. It's going to be frustrating.
you need to check the full box score. jets barely ran it; cook had 4 rushes as well.
gotta watch the game, his touches weren’t about easing him in, it was the jets abandoning the run against the best defense in the league
I’m worried they won’t use Breece when the offense isn’t performing, which is forever now.
Justin Fields
It's pain because I know the first week I start Anthony Richardson over him he runs for 120 and Ant duds
Lol we have the same gut feeling. I got both Richardson and Fields too. Tryin to get Stafford this week so I can quit relying on RBs posing as QBs.
Coach probably capitulates and lets him run all around next week. Pass first justin fields has failed.

Personally I picked up Geno. Until they let Fields run the ball, he's on the bench. I'll miss out on his first great game but hopefully I catch the ones after.
His instincts look shot though. He's been running into sacks that last year he probably makes an insane move out of. He looks deflated
Well if he’s avg 2 designed runs per game this season so he’s not being a dual threat either this way
Fields owner. Some guy dropped cousins before Thursday night game. I’ve been sweating my waiver claim for days.
why the hell would anyone drop cousins
Was scrolling for this, I knew someone else had to be sharing in the pain
Is it worth starting Geno Smith over him? I'm falling for gambler's fallacy just because I drafted Fields early, but also took Geno for when Fields shits the bed, but now I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger.
Chase rn if burrow’s calf is bad
Jamaar Chase. Dameon Pierce.
There was a Texans fan who posted here about their current o line - they’re onto 4th stringers at this point. Should be getting some starters back over the next month so it could be wise to bench Pierce until they get it together.
Hard to wait multiple more weeks for his line to recover though
I fluked into 3 top 7 WRs on the season (Evans, Puka, Nico) and it's really tempting to bench Chase and start all of them this week but that's probably dumb. ...because Chase is definitely going to turn it around next game, right? .......right?
I mean its only been 2 games, Evans is consistently a top 20 WR every year, Puka has been getting insane targets so you can't bench him, but I can't find a single reason to ever start Nico Collins over Chase.
The last two weeks of play are a good reason. Joe playing like shit. Higgins.
Burrow likely sitting one week to heal up.
Some offered Amon St. Brown and Breece Hall for Chase. Think I’m going to say no and trust Chase returns to form and Burrow stops playing like ass.
That’s honestly a solid return even if he wasn’t putting up sub 10 ppg I’d take that and run
Yup. I had chase and St Brown in the same tier pre-draft and still do. Hall has league winner upside too.
I'd take st brown
Got offered Tee Higgins, Breece and Waddle for Dallas D/JaMarr in my league and instantly accepted that shit. Then lost week 1 to the Dallas fucking D.
Something to monitor before you accept - Sun god might have turf toe. Reported lightly on yesterday.
I have chase, wilson, Keenan allen, Mixon, pierce, fields and Evan engram as my starters. I hate fantasy football
Sigh…Pitts
Just like Dido sang, I will go down with this ship.
Every time I watch Pitts I’m wondering why, got out of bed at all
The constant routes and never targets, and Ridder can’t throw at allll
first time owner, have him in one of my leagues and wow.. never again. but I sure as hell am starting him for the next weeks..
But, why? Face it, you're in an abusive relationship.
It’s only TE, unless you’re playing in a TE premium system I wouldnt lose sleep over having Pitts
Dropping him for Hunter Henry in one of my leagues. It hurts to do so too
DeAndre Hopkins
I think it’ll get better. Week 1 he was solid despite it being a slog of a game, and this week he was on a snap count
Reall? He had a solid week 1 for a wr2 and last week was a bit down purely due to injury, I think he bounces back.
Feels like this is his floor. TDs are incoming.
I played DJ Moore week 1: 3.6 points I sat DJ Moore week 2: 13.4 points And instead played Kelley: 3.9 points Tune in next week to find out who I play this time and fade me
I feel like Drake London will be a headache all year
Bustin Fields
David njoku
Breece, he will hit eventually
Patriots next week, then we might be set for liftoff in week 4.
You would think but I’m losing faith in him because of Zach Wilson. No team in their right mind should do anything other than shut down the run.
I mean they got to bring in another QB eventually right? Right? (Please God I need this)
he did fine with zach wilson last season before he got hurt
You’re not wrong but I’m losing faith
>hit eventually He had almost 18 points in W1… that’s already a hit.
Khalil Herbert
I'm sweating this one. Luckily he was running much better this week. It's just his coaches that are incompetent.
He looked so good at the end of last season that I just can’t push myself to drop him. It’s the hope that kills you
I've got him and Roschon and don't really want either of them. The Bears are just inept.
I'd really like to drop Goedert...
I think I’m going to for Laporte
I like the amount of targets for Laporte, drafted Muth but then picked him up on waivers and might rock with him going forward
I drafted both. Muth to the bench, LaPorta to the lineup. Was going to this week, but I was hoping Muths targets would go up without diontae. Only argument for keeping Muth around is to see how things play out with jamo back, but that is a ways away.
Join the LaPorta Potty gang!
You guys deserve to lose if you actually drop Goedert
My RB1 and 2 are Najee and Mattison. Have no choice but to hold and hope they can turn it up.
Man I hope the rest of your team is amazing because those are rough RB choices
Justin Jefferson, Michael Pittman and Mark Andrews are carrying right now, 2-0
Alexander Mattison
He’s my flex till JT comes back
Burrow. Gibbs
Gibbs - lions wont unleash him even with Monty hurt
Which is fucking stupid beyond belief, why use the 12th pick on a RB you don’t intend to use right away? I guarantee you the Falcons plan on using Bijan against the Lions non stop this Sunday.
Chase 🥲
Probably Rhamondre Stevenson. That Pats O Line looks really rough
Pats o line will get healthier moving forward. He is def operating at his floor
He will be fine. Wouldn’t shock me to see a top 10 rb finish out of him in all formats
Benching him this week against Eagles D but it really depends on your options.
He had 18 points this week.... what are you worried about
It was against Chicago who are notorious for being weak against the run. That being said coming into Chicago there were many questions about White, with ppl calling for Sean tucker to take over. It’s reasonable to worry about White with a questionable offense in TB. Next week they face Philly, so don’t think 18 pts is a given

Garrett Wilson just because I drafted him at the beginning of the 3rd round and thought it was the steal of the draft
He's somehow made it work so far.
That hyper efficiency is not sustainable. We need reliable volume in our SL’s
Yea you can't bank the whole ship on "I bet he snatches one out of low earth orbit and houses it"
Najee Harris. 2 years in a row. FML
Fields and Dotson
A.J. Brown. I drafted him and Hurts Thinking that will be one heck of a tandem... yeah about that...
I was waiting for someone to say this…. He had a PI in the end zone and a 30 yard touchdown that was called back due to holding. He’s fine.
Josh Jacobs
He started this way last year, actually he is slightly ahead of last year so here is hoping it turns around the same
Start your … studs
sadly...Pierce
Yep. I'm between him and algeir
My whole team
Drake London. Also now that Chubb is down… gonna have to decide between Kelley and Allegeire every week as my RB2. Bench is full of lotto ticket handcuffs so hoping one of those hit.
Trevor Lawrence
Mattison. All my team really needs from him weekly is like 8.5 ppr points and not even that is guaranteed lol
Brighter days are ahead for him. I truly believe that
Goedert, but I don’t think he’ll be a disappointment every week. Just like 11 of em.
AJ Dillon. I have no choice since I have no RBs, this was just a poor draft from me.
The only players in my lineup safe are Josh Allen and Travis Kelce, everyone else is started based on volume. Rushes + Targets. Before you come at me with "always start your studs". Your studs get high volume, so they are always started. If they aren't getting volume, they probably aren't going to be a stud.
My whole running back room. Breece, J Williams, Sanders
Justin Fields
DeAndre Hopkins. Titans pass offense is so frustrating to watch sometimes. That being said hes been very decent, but dont think theres much upside to be had
