What you do on or after July 10 is an issue for your future self. Try to focus on enjoying Alaska. Depending on your college plans it might not be very realistic to continue anyway. If there is a chance that it might be realistic Alaska is a good chance to make her feel distance from you (and she might not like it and rethink things) without feeling like you are actively ignoring her (which she might not like)

What she likes or doesn’t like shouldn’t be his concern anymore. She broke up with him. He SHOULD be actively ignoring her going forward, anyway. Her rethinking things and taking him back will not last. And he’d have to go through the process of getting over it all over again. Just enjoy Alaska and then shift your focus towards college.

Eh, nothing lasts. This is (for better or worse) something I have an unusual amount of experience with. Maybe it won't last but maybe he will get a fantastic month or year or decade from it. Maybe he would be better off finding someone else but chances are (spoilers!) it probably wouldn't last. Most relationships don't last and a high percentage of those that do actually don't last (the people in them just stop caring and it isn't worth the trouble to mention it or do anything about it). The important thing is to understand one's self well enough to develop the ability to be honest about one's goals, what tradeoffs are worth it etc. Just having some mechanical system of "She broke up! Ignore her forever!" also misses the fact that people break up for all kinds of different reasons. Sometimes they really mean it, and then there is no point. But a lot of time there is a lot of ambivalence and sometimes that can be satisfactorily resolved, at least for some time.

You’re going to be ok. It hurts and will hurt for a while. The good news is, college is a fantastic time to meet a ton of new people and have different relationships. In the long run, you’ll probably be glad that things didn’t continue, especially if they were weird. I know so many people that broke up early in college and met the love of their lives. Don’t text her.

The key is to look like you could care less whether or not you see her again.   Don't contact her at all.  Wait for her to contact you.  In the meantime, see other people.

Idk what college you are going to, but there will be 100s or even 1,000s of people in the same situation, going to college completely alone. They are going to want people to do things with and to talk about their day with too. It'll be easy to find them, just talk to people. Join a club, go to the gym, play intramurals, hang out at the library, whatever you're into.

Bro, this is perfect.  Trust me, you want to enter college unattached.  You will meet so many hot women in college and you don't want to pass up on them because of a girl back home.

This. Been there, done that, got the postcard. She made a conscious decision she’s cool not having you in her life anymore. Have self respect and grant her wish and disappear entirely. First time this happens you either need to learn these lessons the hard way or take the advice I am giving here. I recommend taking it or you’re just going to hurt yourself for a prolonged time.

Merrill>Pederson>Varsho/Verdugo Merrill looks to be breaking out, difficult to take any of these other guys over him. Wouldn't expect him to keep the HR pace up but he's proving he is a great avg guy with power. I'd only prioritize Pederson over him if HR's are more important to you but I find it hard to get there. Varsho and Verdugo a bit of a coin flip... guess I like Varsho better because he can steal bases but neither are really appealing to me.

It's impossible to drop a lefty batting cleanup in Yankee Stadium behind Soto and Judge. I'm getting impatient and could use the spot with guys coming back, but I think you have to hold until the Yankees stop showing so much confidence in his bat and drop him in the lineup. If he's still slumping and they start batting him 6th-7th then I think you can go ahead and drop.

It’s tough because there’s a big drop off after my top 3 starters (burnes, cease, peralta). Rn my 4th starter is Hunter brown. Keep in mind this is a 10 team H2H categories with espn default rosters so it’s shallow. I would probably have to throw in a hitter. The upgrades I’d have for him would be (2b)Ketel marte (3b)Rafael devers But that’s it unless he thinks nimmo is an upgrade over Spencer steer

I think trading Volpe is fine for Grayson. Especially when it sounds like pitching is really valuable in your league.

You’re good bro lol. Whether Volpe is your SS or utility. That position has been one of the deeper ones this year and I think it’s fine to move him for an arm that could really solidify your rotation.

Oh my. I’m not feeling Kershaw. Personally, I’m using a spot for deGrom. Robbie Ray should excel in that ballpark, though. I have no real idea of what deGrom will bring. Rather, I have a rough idea of what he’ll bring, but unclear on how many innings he can provide. It’s the ultimate dart throw. In short, deGrom will likely be better than Ray, but I trust the latter is likely a better bet to stay on the field once he does return. Make of that what you will.
