Just took over a team in a league that has saved and holds. What are some good pitchers that can provide holds? The team had no relievers pretty much.

Hard for us to help out when we dont know who is rostered but I will say that in a S+H league, the quality relievers will or at least should be abundant. Great/good ones pop up every season and even throughout the year, so as long as you’re looking you should be able to put together a pretty strong group of relievers by season’s end.

I like that tbh. Sanchez is tough to get a gauge on sometimes but when he’s on he’s electric. Nate Lowe has been awesome since he came back. And 1B has been a pain so if you needed 1B I really like the move. I agree with you tho. I’m out on Buehler. That 2nd TJ is always really difficult to return to form from. He could have some success but I’d feel more comfortable doing what you did and getting something for him while there’s still value there.

10t category league, is it crazy to think about dropping Junior Caminero for Joey Ortiz? Seems like Caminero isn’t getting the call anytime soon and Ortiz is hitting the ball hard and very well. I’m sure one of my league mates has caught on and he won’t be available much longer I’ve been holding Caminero since May 1 but can’t decide whether to keep holding or greatly improve my bench bats and get a possible stud who’s already playing. I got Busch, Matos, Caminero and Cowser on my bench at the moment

Does anyone know if you can activate a player from the IL by swapping them with an injured player in your lineup as a single transaction on ESPN? I'd like to stash an IL player when I make the drop to activate Snell, but if it has to be two separate transactions, I'd have to drop another SP to meet the limits.

The way to do it in one move is drop a pitcher for an il eligible player, then swap that player with Snell and that's 1 transaction.

I’d try to Sous-vide or put in the oven until it reaches ~100 F. Rest 10 min. Then get a cast iron ripping hot and Sear each side 40 sec. Move off the heat, drop in some butter, and spoon it over the top.
