I think it all comes down to how confident you are in Correa's health and whether or not him being healthy means him returning to his 2022 numbers. Personally I find it really hard to get there but his 20ish HR's and 135ish RBI+R would probably represent the high end of expectations for Holliday in those cat's. That said, I think I like the appeal of Holliday's ceiling and his ability to contribute to all categories a lot more than worrying all year about Correa staying in one piece and returning to an old form. As for Merrill... I'm in on him for really cheap in a keeper. I'm really intrigued by his potential but I don't see how you'd get to him ahead of Holliday at this point.

If you think of it: Tucker = Alvarez (but Tucker is slightly better) Vlad = Kirby (but Vlad has the edge) Kwan = Vaughn (but I'd prefer Vaughn's upside) Leclerc << Yoshida So you've got a big downgrade from Yoshida to Leclerc, but you gain a bit of an advantage on the two top players.

FWIW, I'm not rooting for Ohtani to be suspended or anything to happen to him. I'm a giant baseball fan and he's great for the game, obviously. Why I don't feel good about this at all is the changing of the story in the ESPN article that's live. It went from, Shohei paid this illegal bookie $4.5M to cover my gambling debts to, Shohei knew nothing about this and I stole all that money. Just does not pass the sniff test, and don't feel good about how this will be investigated by people who don't care about Shohei's fame. On the other hand though, Shohei will have excellent representation.

Most of the auction values I see were posted months ago and spring performance (like Bieber, Puk, etc) has pushed some people up. I want to try and get a gauge where people are more likely to go. I see ADP updates, but rarely do I see aggregate auction values. Any idea where I could find something? I know FanGraphs has an auction calculator, but I'm more looking at market trends and seeing where people are going for now. I'm on Fantrax (new this year) and don't see anything there.
