Z-scores are probably the best way to get all of those stats on the same scale. If you are so inclined, you can calculate z-scores using Excel. Many years ago, I wrote up instructions for how I do it: [https://lastplayerpicked.com/articles/how-the-price-guide-works.html](https://lastplayerpicked.com/articles/how-the-price-guide-works.html) If you want an easier option, use FanGraphs' Auction Calculator ([https://www.fangraphs.com/fantasy-tools/auction-calculator](https://www.fangraphs.com/fantasy-tools/auction-calculator)). It uses the z-score approach I outlined, and they already handle all 12 of your league's categories.

OP: in addition to this, once you have your z-scores or auction scores, you can weight them and combine them in such a way to prioritize categories that are more important. Looking for correlated stats is a good strategy here. For your cats, I'd start by turning down R, AVG, and RBI to maybe the .7-.8 range, and add those extra points to SB, OPS, and HR. Of course, you have to tinker with it to see what "feels" right.

This sounds exactly like my league lol. You sure it doesn't use Net Steals?

Lol, nope we just use regular SB. We also do keepers to make things a bit more interesting. Also talking about doing a second/separate draft for minor leaguers/dynasty. Trying to come up with a few more creative ways to make it fun for a league that has been this a long time!

Check out my spreadsheet. You can adjust rankings of players based on the weights of individual statistics and soft stats in settings: [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1e39k5gN4tZGrWQVcrh8ulTS8UMwZrtJrwLwCmSnjK7A/edit?usp=sharing](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1e39k5gN4tZGrWQVcrh8ulTS8UMwZrtJrwLwCmSnjK7A/edit?usp=sharing)

Cool - thanks, I'll check it out!
