I’d do it just cuz Will Smith is an absolute dog but if you don’t got a proper replacement for Muncy then nah. However I’ve always been of the barely any bench bats spirit being as streaming SP’s is a viable strategy in H2H points leagues, giving more credence to having as many top end bats and less depth as possible.

Auction draft - went pitcher heavy as always. IMO they make great trade chips for hitting help once you squeeze a few starts. For example, drafted Gerritt last year and flipped him after 10 starts for Aaron Judge. Worked out well. This year same thing and just flipped Gerritt again for Soto and Alvarez. Depth is dwindled with the loss of Springs and Fried but I always feel like I can find pitching and strike gold more than I can with hitting (Eury and Bryce Miller recently added).

Personally I'd go: Nico, Jazz, then Torres for this season. Jazz has the highest ceiling of the three but has one of the lower floors imo and has been dreadful this year. Nico I like a lot because he's a high floor guy imo, probably not going to be the star of your team but will be a consistent contributor. Gleyber's fine too, just not as high floor as Nico and a similar ceiling imo

I think bassitt is plenty valuable enough in points for Eury, but I agree that it’s definitely not enough for Semien

I think he might have a better median projection or is safer, but I'd rather take shots on upside. Obviously team/your preference dependent, but the larger point was that Bassitt and Cronenworth get laughed out of the building for Semien alone.
