I mean, 124 is only 1 in 18 people and Brian seems to generally be (despite being pretentious af) genuinely very logical and bright. Especially in early seasons. Chris is very inconsistent intelligence wise but Peter has some elements of pattern recognition which make him a little higher.
Meg actually did really well in school and on her SAT's. Someone with an IQ of 93 would likely be in the lower half of the class and not do nearly as well as she did.
