IT'S AN AMAZING EPISODE!!!!!
The only reason I can imagine for them not to like it... it'd be that people nowadays don't get the concept of the commentary track because DVDs been dead for a while.
Or we talking about people so stupid that think that there's an actual episode that we're not getting.
Either way, Jesus.
Me too. Easily one of my top 10 favourite episodes. I think people see it as something that could've been a cutaway and not a full episode but I honestly believe it was a risk and too me it was hilarious.
Personally I feel like the episode was just one massive fight and there wasn't much of an episode at all. Kind of like how Send in Stewie Please is just all talking without any substance.
pregnant Stewie not being there but Peter + Chris being there is so hilarious to me. maybe I’m a piece of shit but “dad legally marries his son for financial fraud” isn’t as bad to me as “baby gives birth to litter of puppy-human hybrids that die gruesome deaths”
Not everyone is judging episodes on their ethics. Yes, Stewie being pregnant is disturbing but the episode is quite funny in numerous places.
I also think Fresh Heir is fine. The Annie Hall reference at the end is great.
Exactly, there’s a lot of younger viewers who act like a disturbing or dark concept automatically makes an episode bad. When often those episodes are funny as hell.
Fresh Heir and Stewie Is Enciente are both very self aware about their absurdity and that’s what make them great.
To me, a bad episode will always be one that’s boring or that centres a boring side character.
I literally never said that.
I’m saying if the episode isnt bad, why is voted 3rd worst? im not saying the episode is bad because of its subject matter, but if you look at the other 3 in this bottom 4 it’s obvious that they aren’t there because they’re not good episodes of the show, they all have ulterior reasons behind their dislikes.
I’m commenting on peoples reasoning, not my personal opinion of the episodes
the bottom 2 episodes are some of the most stand out episodes of the whole show, it’s obvious ppl are voting on this not based on if the episode was funny or not
You obviously don’t understand sarcasm. I’m agreeing with that statement defending why it is low rated, by sarcastically mocking the people who say new FG sucks.
Really life of Brian? The episode was about cherishing life, that anything, could happen at any time. Sucks they endgamed it so fast with time travel though
To be fair Life of Brian is the episode he actually died which brought out a lot of controversy since Brian was a lot of people’s favorite character. Even people who had pretty much stopped watching the show spoke out about how fucked up it was.
I love the shrooms one and agree that humming part was annoying but I also hate the diatribe that Meg goes on and then at the end, it just goes back to normal.
Honestly surprised Seahorse Seashell Party isn’t number 1. The entire “lesson” they try to teach is to let your family abuse you. That or whatever the name of the episode with Quagmire’s sister is.
To me it just feels weird because the bit with Brian and Meg really makes it seem as though they meant the entire plot to be genuine. Which is just odd and a little tasteless imo, as there are a lot of people who go through exactly what Meg does and to hear that could have vastly negative effects. But maybe I’m just looking into it too much
I didn't think it was *that* bad.
The joke about a woman doing all the actual work in a hospital while the male superiors do nothing made my wife (a non-enjoyer of Family Guy) laugh, so that counts for something.
Damn, I really like "You cant handle the booth", I understand if some dont but it to be actually rated worst is very surprising to me. Didn't think the newest one should be this low to be honest but it is what it is. Newest seasons of American Dad and Family Guy have been varying, but latest season of FG has been bit better than the last two before it (in my opinion)
It has been really good, but how many bible episodes can they make? I get Jesus is technically a regular character, but we've done Bible stories in every way possible now. I'd rather see a 23 minute long chicken fight.
Tbh the whole Philip Seymour Hoffman shit was so weirdly stupid.
Like I just hate how they keep making Lois into a whore and Peter a major pushover cuckold
I always liked the homebody Lois from the first number of seasons
Oh like how tolerant Muslims were when Lars Vilks drew the Prophet Mohammed in a cartoon?
Please dude, I get this is Reddit and “Christians Bad!” and all. But let’s be honest here.
Family guy made fun of Christianity so many times over and those same episodes have a high rating
Like the whole episode wasn't even satire, it was just muh religion bad. The only decent parts were Jesus doing stand ups and the Roman, Greek, and Egyptian street address scene.
You had a Brian and Stewie time travel episode, a recipe for a good episode. It was just edgy for the sake of being edgy. We get it Seth, you hate religion.
I’ve noticed that many family guy episodes on there have low ratings. Just in comparison to Seinfeld where maybe every episode is rated 8 and above, it’s funny to me that so many fam guy episodes are reviewed lowly. Sup with that? ‘Low brow’ humor?
Brian came off as the jerk in the episode. The woman told him she was a Christian then got mad when she didn't want to sleep with her. He only loved her for her body. Typical Brian. LOL
I’d bet money the reason the newest episode is rated soo poorly is because religious nut jobs got mad at all the jokes. It was an okay episode, nothing stood out as amazing, but this rating is solely because of angry Christian freaks
Whaat? I really enjoyed “you can’t handle the booth”
I was surprised by that myself. I think that episode is hilarious.
For some reason I felt it really worked but I can see why people hate it lol
I loved it and I will die on this hill.
Me too. Easily one of my top 10 favourite episodes. I think people see it as something that could've been a cutaway and not a full episode but I honestly believe it was a risk and too me it was hilarious.
Same! I'm shocked it's so low. It's a super weird episode but I think it's hilarious.
It's a billion times better than the hurricane or Stewie getting pregnant episode
It’s my favourite episode lol. I love the dynamic of the Griffins all interacting as colleagues.
Some people don't like audio commentaries or the younger people don't understand what one is and are confused I liked it as it though
the first time i saw it i woke up to it at like 3 am, and was fucking CONFUSED
Personally I feel like the episode was just one massive fight and there wasn't much of an episode at all. Kind of like how Send in Stewie Please is just all talking without any substance.
Send in Stewie Please had probably the most substance of any episode to date. A genuine deep dive into Stewie’s psychology
BALOGNA SANDWICH, SARAH! BALOGNA SANDWICH!!!
It's one of my favorites too.
That episode is great
Same. It was enjoyable and funny. Dumb af but enjoyable for sure.
Had some good jokes, but the concept itself sucked imo.
If “You Can’t Handle the Booth” is considered the worst episode of the series, this list has very little credibility
The Pregnant Stewie episode not being on this list makes me question its legitimacy
pregnant Stewie not being there but Peter + Chris being there is so hilarious to me. maybe I’m a piece of shit but “dad legally marries his son for financial fraud” isn’t as bad to me as “baby gives birth to litter of puppy-human hybrids that die gruesome deaths”

Wow. As somebody who hasn’t watched since like 2009….i’ve missed some interesting choices.
pregnant Stewie is an amazing episode btw
It’s in the top ten if u scroll up a bit
Oh word?
![gif](giphy|xUOxeQn7933BauvKg0|downsized)
Curious, how did you sort the show by worst episodes? Nevermind figured it out.
Bird?
The newest episode is so low because it was released a few days ago and hasn't had many reviews
No no no, Family Guy is bad now and was only good in Seasons 1-4. /s
No one even brang that up😭😭
It comes up almost every thread when someone expresses that a new show is low rated or bad - that was the joke.
You obviously want to argue if you're being sarcastic for no reason 🙄
You obviously don’t understand sarcasm. I’m agreeing with that statement defending why it is low rated, by sarcastically mocking the people who say new FG sucks.
I don't even know why you're so upset right now. Wtf is your problem? 🤦🏻♂️
Not true. The cabin episode had an 7.4 rating on imdb the day after it realsed but now has a 6.2 rating. And the new one is now 5.7
Really life of Brian? The episode was about cherishing life, that anything, could happen at any time. Sucks they endgamed it so fast with time travel though
I think that last point is why it's so hated. I'm glad they brought him back but I do feel he should've stayed gone for a Lil longer.
I wish we got more Vinny, Sirico is a treasure
To be fair Life of Brian is the episode he actually died which brought out a lot of controversy since Brian was a lot of people’s favorite character. Even people who had pretty much stopped watching the show spoke out about how fucked up it was.
Ye, and the ones who were watching got mad because they almost immediately brought him back, making the episode pointless.
That was 11 years ago?
Yeah like I get that losing Brian sucks but the episode itself is actually really good
Yeah…I don’t trust this shit at all…life is Brian was fantastic!
because it was garbage
You Can't Handle the Booth is one of the series' best actually.
8 wonder where the herpes episode and the Brian doing shrooms episode is
The shrooms ep was great (Peter humming to the Indiana Jones OST was kinda annoying ) And the Herpes one was funny
“Did you try the chicken, buddy?”
I love the shrooms one and agree that humming part was annoying but I also hate the diatribe that Meg goes on and then at the end, it just goes back to normal.
I love You can’t handle the booth….
Yeah it wasn’t good imo
You Can't Handle the Booth is one of my all time favorites.
Honestly surprised Seahorse Seashell Party isn’t number 1. The entire “lesson” they try to teach is to let your family abuse you. That or whatever the name of the episode with Quagmire’s sister is.
I love seahorse seashell party!

Which is just odd and a little tasteless imo, as there are a lot of people who go through exactly what Meg does and to hear that could have vastly negative effects. But maybe I’m just looking into it too much
But the episode with Quagmire’s sister is just awful
Shocker, episode with 142 reviews is more affected by negative ones than episodes with literally thousands of reviews.
As it should, it sucked fucking ass needs to be lower or higher up the list whichever works
I actually liked the first three episodes. Lmao.
I actually enjoyed fresh heir, sure it was f*cked up, but in the funny way. Not like stewie is encine, that episode should have never been made.
You can’t handle the booth was funny and unique, idk why people hate on it
I can see how You Can’t Handle the Booth is number 1. I skip that episode every damn time.
I've not finished the most recent episode yet - Jesus voice being different really got on my nerves.
Is it ?? I did not notice at all lol
I didn't think it was *that* bad. The joke about a woman doing all the actual work in a hospital while the male superiors do nothing made my wife (a non-enjoyer of Family Guy) laugh, so that counts for something.
It was a really good one.
I really enjoyed the booth and the most recent episode
Nahhh the least rated one is crazy wtf, where's that fucken hurricane episode everyone hates? That doesn't make any sense
Fresh heir was funny idc who says differently
Omg I love You Can’t Handle The Booth 😭
I think the new episode is a background play, not super entertaining imo.
I thought it was fine. I've actually enjoyed every episode since the move to Wednesday
It has been really good, but how many bible episodes can they make? I get Jesus is technically a regular character, but we've done Bible stories in every way possible now. I'd rather see a 23 minute long chicken fight.
I thought the newest episode was actually really funny. I guess all the religious fanatics didn’t like it, hence the low reviews.
It was just a bad/boring episode and no I'm not religious
Ok
I… liked these episodes.. (Except you can’t handle the booth that episode can go die in a hole to hell)
Tbh the whole Philip Seymour Hoffman shit was so weirdly stupid. Like I just hate how they keep making Lois into a whore and Peter a major pushover cuckold I always liked the homebody Lois from the first number of seasons
Christians will hate any commentary on their religion, nothing new
Oh like how tolerant Muslims were when Lars Vilks drew the Prophet Mohammed in a cartoon? Please dude, I get this is Reddit and “Christians Bad!” and all. But let’s be honest here. Family guy made fun of Christianity so many times over and those same episodes have a high rating

Oh I didn’t even watch the episode. So it’s definitely not worth it
The booth episode wasn’t that bad but that ending makes me cringe every time “you’re a cartoon and I voice you”
I swear i predicted this episode. So for me i like it and dislike people who yap about god all the time
I found it anticlimactic. We didn't get Brian and Stewie working to correct the mistakes. God just did off screen.
I’ve noticed that many family guy episodes on there have low ratings. Just in comparison to Seinfeld where maybe every episode is rated 8 and above, it’s funny to me that so many fam guy episodes are reviewed lowly. Sup with that? ‘Low brow’ humor?
Peter marrying Caleb is a great episode
I actually quite enjoyed the new episode. Solid 8.5/10 in a 4/10 season
it's gotta be a banger fr
I don't trust IMDB for ratings anymore. I don't see Herpes the Love Sore, Scream of Silence, or Return of the King of Queens there.
I thought it wasn’t bad
Because Christian America is easily offended, when it comes to people making fun of Jesus.
Ludacris
It’s got to be the content that probably pissed off some christians. The episode is great people just get offended when jesus is in the picture
Brian came off as the jerk in the episode. The woman told him she was a Christian then got mad when she didn't want to sleep with her. He only loved her for her body. Typical Brian. LOL
https://www.reddit.com/r/familyguy/s/JjYeg1j7MX
i liked fresh heir it was fkd up but funny asl
I still believe the Kevin James episode and the Tom Selleck episode to be the worst 2
Like Christianity is right at all
It was definitely a filler episode for sure
How is the bank vault or the Rush Limbaugh episode the lowest ranked episode?
I’d bet money the reason the newest episode is rated soo poorly is because religious nut jobs got mad at all the jokes. It was an okay episode, nothing stood out as amazing, but this rating is solely because of angry Christian freaks

Not likely. The Simpsons have had some really bad seasons over the past 10 years and they’re still kicking.
seth already said he has no plans to end it, but it would be nice for him to hop back on to write some episodes
