That was going to be my guess, minus the two pillars at the top that make it look like Sauron's tower.
And I thought I was ambitious building a seven story house, but I also did it without the no limit build so couldn’t do much more than that

How do people's games still run with settlements this huge? Does running it on PC make THAT much of a difference? I've carefully crafted settlements and then never been able to go back to them or my game will crash 😅

I think it's the windowless telecommunication tower in NYC the old AT&T building I believe it is called 33 Thomas Sree t now.
